Comfortable hotel and good option to walk to main places.
Pros:

It is a hotel close to all the important things to see in Florence, the work team is very friendly and Carlos was simply wonderful.

Cons:

The hair dryer is a little old and the hotel being in a central area is somewhat noisy but not annoying.

Wunderbare Lage in einem sauberen Hotel mit tollem Frühstück und sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Die Lage war sensationell und das Personal unglaublich freundlich. Die Möglichkeit auf die Terrasse zu gehen indem kleine Blick auf den Dom zu haben war ebenfalls toll!

산타마리아노벨라역에서 가깝고 주변 관광스팟과 가깝습니다. 조식도 맛있고 다양하였으며 스탭들도 친절하였습니다.

Bon séjour dans un hôtel confortable mais bruyant
Pros:

le personnel est très sympathique et à l'écoute de la clientèle,
petit bémol très chaud dans les chambres, impossible de diminuer la climatisation qui semblait être programmée

Cons:

malgré un emplacement optimal au centre de la vieille ville de Florence, le bruit est très présent jusqu'à 23 heures minuit en plein mois de février

Ideally situated 10 mins walk from station
Museum, markets, shops, literally round the corner tucked away.
Immersed in culture and vibrant atmosphere getting an authentic experience-location could not be better.
Staff attentive, friendly, helpful and professional-multi lingual and offered support to get around and explore/book activities.no pressure.
Breakfast was the best I’d had in my many trip to Europe- huge choice of locally produced goods.Warmly greeted each day and prompt attention.
Hotel was old as you would expect in this area which added to the charm whilst being kept spotlessly clean.
It’s like living in an old Florentine home with beautiful art work and decorations.
The lift is small but works well and there’s stairs which are level and safe to climb.
Bedroom was comfortable, crisp linens and soft towels and a 4 piece bathroom set with lots of room and good flow of warm water.
We could hear no noise from neighbouring rooms on same floor ,up and below and the hotel was busy.
There was some noise from outside - most was from people going / coming from working and setting up / market stalls and some church bells- to me they added to the positive experience and cultural enrichment of a much needed break.
We felt safe staying at this hotel.
Highly recommended.
There’s a labyrinth style supermarket 1 minute away which is fantastic,the food market upstairs for vast selection of dining experiences.
All round wonderful experience.
