Pros:

It's just a charming place in a stunning area. Being a bit of a flatlander myself, having the majestic mountains just outside was awe-inspiring. The staff was uniformly helpful and fun. Especially enjoyed having a couple of tacos and a good cerveza at the bar and talking with both the staff and the guests. It's so nice there that I think everyone lightens up and forgets their troubles for a while.

Pros:

Overall it was a great experience. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful. They also have the best coffee. The downside was our room had a stained towel so we requested a new one and that one was stained too so we had to ask for third one. Also our room was on the first floor so we heard every time someone would flush the toilet or use the water above us as it flowed down the pipes. Still a great place overall with great amenitiies.

Very dirty. Cheese on the floor. Dirt on the floor. Shower was moldy and dirty. Foul odor was covered with perfume scent. Restaurant closed. No breakfast as advertised.

Pros:

There was a car alarm going off on Sunday night which was very annoying and unfortunate. It kept us awake for awhile. I also had an issue with my room keys not working and had to walk back and fourth to the front office 3 times before they let me in.

Pros:

Great property in the heart of downtown. Very comfortable beds and lots of nice touches in the room. The gym is a training facility and the nicest gym I have used at a hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is great- walking distance to many places. Our dog loved his pup towel 🐾

A nice "functional" room that checks all my boxes . I want only 5 things in any room ... A good bed, a good shower, a working AC/heater, to feel safe & to be quiet quiet. All good.
