Highly Recommend!
Pros:

I would highly recommend this hotel! The beds were like being at home! Soft sheets and GREAT pillows! The room and bathroom was very clean! Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful!

Cons:

That there wasn't an ice machine on my floor.

My stay was magical will stay again!
Pros:

The hotel was fantastic ! Staff was friendly and kind and quite helpful. The restaurant on site was delicious! The girl Friday night was very helpful with recommendations the hot tub was wonderful

Calm and welcoming experience
Pros:

Dalton and Grace were great at the bar and had awesome food made by Morgan and Darren. The front desk was great with Reda and Bri exceeding all expectations. The general manager Rena was awesome and checked in to ensure great quality service!

Always amazing
Pros:

Once again the team did not disappoint. From my arrival to my dinner tonight I have been greeted with smiles and great service. Thanks to Dalton and Mylie, for being so amazing. Abby missing you on service tonight.

Restaurant and Bar are my fave!
Pros:

This is my go to hotel when staying in Tupelo. But I only stay for the restaurant and bar! Dalton and Grace are the best! They are friendly and always make a positive impression. Great members of your team!

Location was great, easy access to downtown Tupelo. Restaurants and shopping very convenient - the staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Cons:

Parking was problematic - too many vehicles not enough parking

Breakfast was reasonably priced, $10.95 Buffet, however all the food was COLD. Even waited for another tray of eggs and from the kitchen they were COLD. Bacon, sausage, COLD, and the gravy for biscuits was COLD. I was charged $4.00 for hot tea, but no charge for coffee! Why this is, I requested a refund and gave them a tea bag back.

Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel before and know the routines and the restaurant arrangement. This past visit I had the opportunity to be served by both Dalton and Grace. Let me qualify my comments by saying I have travelled worldwide since 1968 and experienced many interactions with wait staffs.
My experience on June 6 and 7 with Both Dalton and Grace were exceptional. Their friendly demeanors were delightful to the wary traveler. Their service and help with menu selection made decisions easy. Their attention to our needs ranked with the best of the best.
I wish continued success in their careers and look forward to seeing them during my next visit.

Wedding Reception
Pros:

We attended a reception are this Holiday Inn, it was a fantastic event. Rena’ was the hose for the event with Dalton and Grace assisting her. The food and drinks were fabulous they made sure all our needs were attended to. This property was very clean, and all of the staff were very helpful.
