Cons:

The room was filthy. It looked like someone shaved their pubic hair in the shower. There is no way that room was cleaned. I have pictures. There was one poor guy working at the front desk and check in was a zoo. There was clearly some sort of hockey tournament because there were a lot of kids carrying hockey gear. The phone was ringing off the hook and this poor guy at the counter was all alone. Why would he be working alone with an event going on? The other couple we were traveling with were turned away despite having pre-paid reservations. We ended up leaving. Almost $300 for a room that was filthy. I will be expecting a full refund.

Highly Recommend!
Pros:

I would highly recommend this hotel! The beds were like being at home! Soft sheets and GREAT pillows! The room and bathroom was very clean! Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful!

That there wasn't an ice machine on my floor.

My stay was magical will stay again!
Pros:

The hotel was fantastic ! Staff was friendly and kind and quite helpful. The restaurant on site was delicious! The girl Friday night was very helpful with recommendations the hot tub was wonderful

Calm and welcoming experience
Pros:

Dalton and Grace were great at the bar and had awesome food made by Morgan and Darren. The front desk was great with Reda and Bri exceeding all expectations. The general manager Rena was awesome and checked in to ensure great quality service!
