Cons:

Coin dryers in the laundry room don’t work properly. All of our clothes were still wet. Alarm systems went off in the night, but we were never informed whether there was a danger or not. Still waiting for my $150 hold/deposit back…

It was overall a great hotel stay
Pros:

The room set up was awesome and the bed was so incredibly comfortable.

Cons:

The shower hardly worked. We had a spa trip in our room which we mainly used however in the morning I need to shower and it just hardly worked. The was no water pressure at all. Also my room was completely out of shampoo and conditioner which was really disappointing.

Amazing stay despite a few minor "issues"
Pros:

The staff was AMAZING extremely welcoming and friendly when checking in!

Cons:

The jacuzzi jets weren't working at the time but that was no huge issue as it was still functional and hot! There were a few ceiling tiles missing in the pool area but meh that was cosmetic. Although I suggest wearing sandals or slippers to the pool as the floor is extremely uncomfortable on bate feet. The bed was a little too firm for my liking but all around an AMAZING stay!

This was a good value. Highly convenient location for getting around RC and to black hills

Cons:

Kids running in hallways, and their verbal excitement interfering with my ability to grab a quick nap…
at least they were happy noises. And our refrigerator was slow to cool.

Gross Pool
Pros:

We loved the people, the room, and the breakfast.

Cons:

We've stayed at elevation twice and both times the pool was disgusting. Hair and slimy stuff floating around everywhere. The first time we stayed, we asked someone for the skimming tool but no one could help us and no one cleaned it. The second time we stayed, we asked for help with the grossness in the pool. Someone came and spot cleaned it, leaving most of the hair and some behind. I didn't appreciate having my grandson in the filth. Needless to say, we now stayed at another hotel with a clean pool.
