Pros:

The amenities were good.
The housekeeping staff were excellent.

Cons:

The staff could have been a little more informative about the laundry, for instance, we had to ask lots of questions that could have been answered when we first enquired about it.
The shower had low pressure due to half of the water coming out of the faucet.

Pros:

Stanza spaziosa e tutto sommato pulita, così come il bagno. Bello il fatto che ogni giorno dalle 19 alle 20 ci sia una persona che parla dei nativi di queste zone e si può avere popcorn e birra illimitati. Posizione comoda a pochi minuti di auto da vari locali

Avrei dato 10, ma la colazione non è così buona se non per i waffle. Le cameriere non ricaricavano nemmeno l'acqua a 30 minuti dalla fine della colazione, peccato

Pros:

It was hard to get comfortable on the beds, but they were fine overall. They had a guest speaker talk in the evening and offered people free wine and sodas for attending. We did not attend, we were tired from driving.

Cons:

It took a while to get checked into the room. Breakfast was sadly lacking. They had too many guests and not enough food to keep up with "demand". I shared the 4pc waffles with my husband and had a cold biscuit with cold gravy- not the best. They poured scrambled eggs into a silver dish from plastic bag, did not need to see that. They only had apples for fresh fruit; there was a line at the coffee area, but coffee was good. Not many choices for breakfast. They did have apple juice and orange juice and it was decent. The room itself was small, we reserved two queen beds, (because it was less expensive) and received one queen bed; the room has a musky smell- pretty sure it was coming from the bathroom.
