We enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

Room are big and roomy. King bed was nice n comfy to sleep on. Very clean great location with an indoor pool. Nice hot breakfast with great choices. My daughter loved watching her pancakes being made by her favorite pancakes making machine.

Cons:

New construction smells but I'm sure the smell will go away after a while.

Clean friendly. Walking distance of where we needed to go. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Just going down the hill to get where was needed to go. Shower water pressure not the greatest but works.

Convenient location. Decent price.

Cons:

The pool and hot tub were very dirty with large clumps of hair floating in them. The bed sheets also had a few crumbs and other debris on them like they weren’t cleaned properly. There was also some hair on the “clean” towels.
