Bed was quite comfortable

Cons:

I booked online with the price advertised at $64/per night. I am unsure now exactly what they charged me but it was much higher. I was NOT given a receipt.

very disappointed this stay, it has really gone done hill. Needs A LOT of repairs. use to be nice.
Pros:

breakfast pretty good. My grandson loved getting to make waffles. kids said vending machines were great.

Cons:

Ceiling in our bathroom was cracking and coming down. Had a trash can full of trash when we checked in. Also ants crawling all over the window ledge. The swimming pool isn't in the best of shape either, the trim or edges have pieces cracked or completely broken off so the are sharp edges. Hot tub was down. Very disappointed in the facility.

Absolutely nothing!

Cons:

The fact that the hotel room had stains on the carpet and gross smell. I walked into the room turned around n walked right back out. I politely mentioned to the lady at the desk that the carpet was stained and there was an odor and asked for my money back. She had just rang my card 5min prior but refused to reimburse me

I gave 5 star because the hotel was nice overall since it was the only one available in the area I needed to be. The rooms were good just the carpet needs to be changed it’s too old and wish the hallway didn’t smell like smoke even though it’s a no smoking hotel. We stayed at the 2nd floor. The breakfast options are good they have all the basics waffles, yogurt, muffins, cereal but the eggs/sausage looked sketchy at least to me to eat so went across the street to ‘Cody road coffee’ and got breakfast sandwich’s and bought coffee it was good stuff and next door there’s subway.

Staff super friendly and kind. Place was quiet. Bed and pillows were comfy.

Cons:

Cleaning could have been a bit better. The end tables weren't against the wall so you could see all the dust etc behind them. There was also dust on the shower seal between the wall and top of the shower that should be a standard clean.
