Stayed at this hotel a number of times now and its always so nice. On arrival the staff are so friendly and welcoming plus providing a full overview of the hotel, including food, drinks & leisure options. This time I was in room 849, cracking room on the 8th floor, away from the lifts and any potential traffic noise as requested. The rooms are large, very well furnished and contain everything you require during your stay. The room was spotless clean, bed was so comfortable and I requested it be serviced each day. One day this was missed in error during my stay however I spoke with the reception team the morning after and this was rectified immediately. Had dinner in the hotel on the first evening. Menu is pretty compact, food was average however the service was excellent and so are the team in the bar. I didn't have breakfast during my stay however the hotel offers complimentary coffee each morning in the lobby and I grabbed some each day before I left. Once again, lovely hotel and great staff.
The room was really clean
I have no complaints
The Hydration Stations were convenient. The complementary breakfast was amazing.
I didn’t know in advance that parking was an additional fee. There was only one working elevator most of the time, but it was fast. The pool was a bit cooler and smaller than expected.
Spent 2 nights here on business in early January 2026. Marriott Bonvoy Platinum (also Hilton Diamond). Selected this hotel due to a meeting being held here.
Pros:
-Very good location. Convenient to several major highways (287, 22, 28, 78, 202/206, etc).
-Directly across the street from the Bridgewater Commons Mall - plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
-Very good fitness center. Good supply of fitness equipment regardless of your fitness/exercise routine.
-Rooms feel recently refreshed, but the rooms are also starting to show some wear and tear.
-Good sized bathroom with glass enclosed shower and a large vanity (plenty of room for personal items)
-Adequate number of outlets in the room - good for charging phone, computer, tablet, etc. Located on both nightstands and the working desk. also a Cubie charging station on one nightstand.
-Lobby is recently renovated, and it is relatively large, well lit and ‘new’ feeling.
-Good enough lobby bar/lounge and restaurant. Didn’t have food, but drinks were fine.
Cons:
-Check in took FOREVER. The front desk clerk was having a difficult time with the computer system. Eventually another clerk came over to help. Multiple people checked in from another line before I was done. Bad 1st experience.
-The whole parking thing is too much of a process. Just have it charged to the guest’s room. The whole ‘scan the QR code’ process is tiresome.
-Was not greeted with acknowledgement of my Bonvoy status. Not the end of the world, but noticeable.
-No upgrade. The other desk clerk said he upgraded me, but it was just up 1 floor higher from my original room. And it wasn’t a room category upgrade. Again, not the end of the world, but I noticed it (and yes, a 1st world problem).
-Refrigerator in the room did not work. I had put water bottles in there (i like cold water). When I took a bottle out later, it was still warm. Fridge wasn’t running at all.
-No water in the room. Usually there are a couple of water bottles in the room, but not here. (I took a few from my meeting breakout room.
-Glass shower door leaked onto the bathroom floor. Then I realized the door was on backwards which allowed the water to easily spray onto the floor. This created a soaked bath mat and a wet floor.
Everything about this hotel is just OK. Nothing great (fitness room is pretty good) but otherwise, it’s very ‘mid’. This Marriott continues to be a benefactor of having no other hotels nearby (except for the AC Marriott across the highway.). I would only choose to stay here if it’s required for a work meeting.
It's a nice little suburban hotel, rooms and lobby are nice enough but the noise levels are awful. Besides the thin walls, it is sandwiched by highways and the windows are not sound proof. It was like sleeping on the highway in a tent. Room practically shakes every 10 seconds as big rigs and loud vehicles speed by. You get better sleep quality in Midtown Manhattan. If you are a light sleeper, avoid this place. Or at least ask for a room away from the highway, but that might not even be good enough because the one I got still had road noise though. I also found the bed pillows very uncomfortable and an odd size.
On the plus side, the showers are great, generally clean, nice lobby, staff were all nice. Restaurant/food is ok.
The room was clean
Just awful - maintenance and drilling going on everywhere- I had to change rooms because of the noise - elevators didn’t work
We stay at this hotel often instead of other Marriott properties in the area, primarily because of the staff. All the staff provide exceptional customer service and are very attentive. Check-in is always quick and efficient and the front desk staff (Lexi, Megan, Shannon, Kurt, Julian, Bridget, Jake, Ali, Maria, Jennie) are incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. They recognize us and welcome us by name, which is a very nice touch. Jennie always has a big smile and a cheerful personality, whether it's late at night or during the day. When we see Joey or Ricardo, they always stop to chat.
We enjoy spending time at the bar/restaurant because the atmosphere is terrific and the bartenders (Steve, Michelle, Ben, Fady, Ron) are super friendly and provide great service at all times - even when the bar gets busy with lots of customers.
For those who like to workout, the fitness center has a large variety of equipment - 3 ellipticals, 1 stair climber, 3 stationary bikes (2 are Peletons!), and several treadmills. There is a universal machine that has a heavy bag and there are plenty of free weights, weight benches, and foam rollers. It is very clean and well maintained.
The rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The Housekeeping team does a fantastic job.
The location is ideal with a Mall and several restaurants within walking distance. There is a pathway to the Mall and restaurants so you don't have to walk on the busy street.
We highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are in the area. We will be returning shortly.
Very nice experience! The hotel is close to everything and the atmosphere was relaxed.

Had a very nice stay. Hotel room was quite nice, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Despite three weddings that weekend, my room on the 8th floor was peaceful. The only visage is that there was insufficient parking this weekend, due to the combination of three weddings and some sort of card trading event. Note: if the lot is crowded about heart Starbucks, walk - don’t give up your space! I was a little annoyed to pay for parking, yet have such a difficult time finding a spot.
Front desk staff were almost rude. Question about parking options (lot was full) was met with repeated script of “out front and on the side” which we just said was full. Response was “c’est la vie”.
Renovations underway. One elevator working which was always packed with other guests. Didn’t expect to pay regular rate and have such struggle with basics.
Very very clean and pleasantly surprised! So happy chose this hotel. Thank you!
Checked in around 7PM for a short stay until the next morning. Ordered extra pillows using the app and fell asleep after waiting two hours for them to never come. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and shower was phenomenal. I believe I was given a club room but wasn’t notified at the front desk of the upgrade. Also unsure if I got welcome gift/points or thanked for being a gold elite. Little touches that could have given this a 5 star was missed.
Very nice
It was noisy due to the construction occurring at the hotel. The bathroom sink had a slow drain. The stay overall was ok.
Walking distance to mall and shopping center. Dining options and convenience location.
Excellent stay. Staff friendly and professional
