Pros:

Location, good rooms, everything was clean.

Cons:

Too noisy. I could hear everything happening at the hall. Someone knocked next room and woke me up before 7am on a Sunday. Could hear people talking next door. The bed was too soft.

We did not have any hot water. We ask if they could get someone to look at it and they said they would but the next day still no hot water. We only had one wash cloth so I guess if you don’t have any hot water you don’t need any more than one. The staff was super nice and she did get us a few more wash cloths. But they was not needed with out hot water.

Pros:

The room was excellent. We had the Roll in shower and it was large and well done. Dane, took the time to call us to confirm the room with the roll in and was wonderful when we got there. He enrolled us in IHG. Great visit.
