Pros:

Room was quiet and cozy, bathroom was clean and even had a bath tub! Convenient location, lovely staff, the valet parking was a bonus since we had a lot of stuff in the boot that was didn't want to unload

Maintenance lacking - safe not working apparently had flat battery
Shower door very stiff to operate
Poor selection of tea, coffee etc
4 guests but only 2 towels

Pros:

Good location on the Terrace but lift down to Lambton Quay.

Cons:

Television wouldn't turn off-kept restarting. Had to get someone up from reception to turn it off as the plug was hidden in a panel that then fell off

Excellent condition,cleaned, like the idea of how rooms have installed amenities on wall rather then small bottles on vanity. Enjoyed room service was delivered I’ve and warm, got upgraded as my booking had some queries which was sorted with no issues. Enjoyed my stay .
