Location was excellent and the public transport so accessible.

Cons:

Some guests arrived around 1.30am and were talking for 15 minutes noisily in the corridor. This disturbed our sleep on the first night.

Good, would recommend to others.
Pros:

I liked that everything was clean, well maintained, and the service was very good throughout our stay.

Cons:

The only issue was the parking facility being in a nearby building, and there was no proper or direct access between the parking area and the hotel.

Cons:

I had to pay extra for parking. It was not included in the booking. $50 for 1 night parking. too much I guess.

Great accommodation for our short trip. The staff were amazing!
Pros:

Described well, good parking options, the staff were amazing. The lady behind the desk was incredibly helpful especially about the parking. When I needed something they promptly brought it to the room and were so friendly.

Great location, neat and tidy, slightly slow service
Pros:

- Great location, with a lift down to the quay, close enough to Cuba St and Te Papa
- Clean and tidy, good housekeeping

Cons:

- Staff were friendly but the check in process was slow & delayed
- Car parking at an extra cost in an adjacent third party car park, be prepared to carry your suitcases up the driveway ramp
- The continental breakfast was good but rather overpriced
