Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Unterhalt der Anlage könnte deutlich besser sein. Restaurant nicht sehr attraktiv und zu kühl.

The hotel was in a great position...once we discovered the lift next to the kitchen which took you down to Lambton quay! From here you have a short walk to the harbour. Woolworths, the cable car entry and various eateries and shops are easily accessed if you use this lift. The beds are comfy and room and bathroom are a reasonable size. Breakfast has plenty to select and included in room price. Happy hour in the bar from 4-7pm. Late checkout - until 11am is a bonus.
Staff did not tell us about the lift down to Lambton quay and we spent 2 days going up and down the steep hills and many steps. No written info about the area in room, possibly on the TV?
Breakfast included with plenty of choice.
Quite a climb from the waterfront and staff failed to tell us about an elevator we could if used to save all our trekking up n diwn stairs n hills!
Rent og pænt. Dejlige senge. God beliggenhed. Smart at man jan tage elevatoren direkte ned til Lambton Quay, så man ikke behøver gå hele vejen. Lækker morgenmad.
Ærgerligt at børn under 16 ikke måtte komme i fitnessrummet. Kun én elevator fungerede.
