I love this place very convenient to all basic needs, quite place and clean, thier breakfast buffet is awesome alot of variant food which suited for foreigners. Very recommendable

Buiten het hotel kan je gratis parkeren. Naar het centrum duurt circa 40 min met OV (tram en metro).
Zwembad en fitness waren klein maar wel goed.
Minpunt:
Inchecken duurde heel lang.
We mochten pas 15u naar de kamer terwijl we vanaf 14u mochten inchecken volgens de hotelregels. Gasten die na ons kwamen die konden wel inchecken. Dit moet wel anders. Ik was met kinderen aan het wachten, ruim 1,5 uur.

Breakfast is really good, rooms are nice looking, towels smell well, service is good, the shampoons and shower gels are top quality. We've stayed 2 nights. There was nothing to complain really. Overall I think it's a very good hotel.
Very rude and unprofessional staff. Checking in took such a long time, never experienced that before.

Loved this place. Only down fall was our room was filled with hair in the bathroom. The process to check in is long and they only have 1 person working the check in. I didn’t eat there, but had drinks at the bar. The bartenders were nice. The pool area is nice, but small.

Immer wieder schön. Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Liegt aber etwas abseits. Aber wenn man das bucht, liest man wo das liegt.

The overall experience was disappointing. Staff appeared uninterested and unapproachable, often acting like they didn’t want to be there or deal with guests’ concerns. There was very little friendliness, and any issues brought up were met with indifference. It felt like doing the bare minimum was the standard. As a guest, it’s frustrating to feel like your presence is a burden rather than welcomed. Given the service, I regret spending my money here, it would have been better used elsewhere.
