F F F the absolute worst place ever. I’m gonna call management asap.
Pros:

Broken elevator for 2 days-3/17 & 3/18 had to climb four flights of stairs after having back surgery a few months ago. Staff told me there was nothing they can do. I would expect to get a refund for the 2 days. The breakfast was a disaster. By 7:30am all of the coffee was empty and the food was obliterated. Many overweight people non stop eating and drinking coffee with no remorse or respect for others. Also CNN was on all morning and no one wants to hear about the war in Iran all morning long especially when the place had no coffee and the food was decimated. Many suspect folks there smoking weed and Spanish dudes drinking Modello in the lobby on the couches by the broken elevators

Great hotel, with wonderful staff.
Pros:

They took care of us. We had some family issues with our kids and the size of our family fitting inside the room and they took care of us. Great hotel.
