Overpriced
Pros:

The location was great. Easy access to the places we wanted to go

Cons:

The bathroom was not as clean as it should be. You have to request the room be cleaned and new towels. Nice balcony to bad its not being cleaned or the windows cleaned. Cheap outdoor furniture. Everything comes with a price. Two restaurants on the premises. No breakfast provided and a cup of coffee was 5 dollars. For the price of the room you would think something would be included

Overall, it was a "good" stay but could have been better without the incidents I described.
Pros:

Location, parking, facility, pool were all good.

Cons:

Our check-in process was not good. We arrived earlier than 4:00 for check-in. Our room was ready according to the front desk but we could not get into the room unless we paid a fee - really? Also, when we finally able to check in at 4:00 the front desk person asked if we wanted our room cleaned the next day. We said "yes" and the next day the cleaning person said she did not have it on the list to clean and could not change that - really?

Wonderful EARLY dinner at the Chop House
Pros:

Very nice room. If you don’t mind an early dinner, the food specials at either restaurant are perfect.

Cons:

Trying to find parking at the beach is really hit and miss. Go early, as the rest of the day is packed.

Find another hotel
Pros:

Old hotel. No outlets. Dirty sheets. The bathroom looks redone but it wasn’t clean. The hairdryer had caked in lint. It’s going to cause a fire. There are other places you should stay. I won’t be going back.

Pros:

The heated pool was great, especially since we were there during a cold snap.

Cons:

Breakfast prices were high, $3.50 for one banana! We ended up going to Publix.

Great bed and perfect stop on the way
Pros:

First of all nice building. Super comfy bed. Good spacious room. Great bathroom. We asked for a crib, it took a while but eventually we got it. Nice staff overall

Cons:

No Outlets beside the bed which is small thing but something you should install. WiFi was pretty bad as well.

Would recommend!
Pros:

The pool was small but perfect for a little bit of cooling down in the afternoon. The room was large and the bathroom was like a ballroom.

Cons:

The AC made a lot of noice and wasn't really in the best shape. Also, the WIFI wasn't good.
