Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return.
The atmosphere was very quiet and cosy, which made it especially relaxing.
The staff were incredibly nice, friendly, and welcoming throughout my visit.

Cons:

My only disappointment was that breakfast was not included, especially considering that the room was not inexpensive.

Good for a short stay
Pros:

Nice area with supermarket next to hotel and restaurants nearby.
Subway connections.

Cons:

Shower runs hot and cold, temperature is hard to control. Nearest subway station is 25 min walk. Service is very slow at reception, can be waiting a while to buy a drink etc.

Cons:

Overall very good. Please have more than one member of staff on during busy periods. You can’t do book ins and run the bar singlehanded. That’s not fair to the staff.
