L’hébergement est propre, il est situé à pieds d’une belle piscine extérieure et d’une superbe plage. Il y a également une piscine intérieure qui est très bien. La petite cuisine dans la chambre contenait très peu de vaisselle et malheureusement aucune épice tel que sel et poivre, ni savon à vaisselle.

Stale smell in the room, lack of beach towels.

Had a nice sea side view, the room was small but enough space. Small kitchen in the room was nice and there is a convince / grocery store attached which was used regularly

Great place to stay to be right at the beach. Nice outdoor pool area, however, it’s not near the apartment. One has to walk a few minutes, not bad. Only complaints are: 1) there are reserved parking for guests. The parking lot is also used by locals and tourists going to the beach. So it can get difficult to find a parking spot. 2) They have a very low inventory of beach towels. Every time I asked for one they had run out. So I had to go back to the apartment to get one of the big towels. Not ideal since it became dirty with sand etc, so I only had one for the shower during my stay. Despite these small inconveniences, I would return to this place if ever I travel again to the Algarve region.

We had a good time at the hotel only the towels took longer to get because the cleaners were not there over the weekend,otherwise we got from the receptionist with blond hair(sorry forgot her name) very good advice regarding day excursions and assisted with reservations

Property was okay, more like an old apartment that is now used at hotel rooms. Room was dirty, sheets weren’t fresh and the floor was very dirty.

Overall we were happy with the room. Could use a few more basic essentials like salt/pepper and dish soap. Great location and view. We were on the 6th floor.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was clean but tired. The building next door looked like it was having a full renovation and hopefully this building will as well in due course. Hopefully they will also improve their soundproofing as you could hear next door talking and doors being closed. Unfortunately, the hotel seemed to be having an issue with small fly infestation and although they sprayed and hoovered them away, they would be back instantly.
Location was OK and taxi fares to main resorts (Alvor and Portimao) were very reasonable.

Heated pool was lovely. Very close to the beach and not far from Alvor downtown.

Prachtig uitzicht. Mooie riante kamer, badkamer wel iets gedateerd maar alles netjes en schoon. Vriendelijk personeel en eettentjes op loopafstand

bonjour, pour notre sejour pas prevenu que le piscine exterieur est femé pour travaux ,obligé d aller a la piscine de l autre hotel. piscine interieur pas de mise en route des pompes ,l eau avait une odeur de moisi,le sauna ne marchais pas , pas reussi a avoir une deuxieme serviette de bain ' elles ete toutes parties au sales'.cela fait plusieurs annees que nous venons et nous voyons que cela ce degrade , les prix du sejour sont devenu tres chere pour la qualite du service. je ne sais pas si nous reviendrons la l annee prochaine . crdl

Loved the location , minutes from the beach and the views from the room. We could hear the waves at night !
Staff were wonderful - so friendly and helpful.
Pool is fab and a real bonus .
Walks along the beach are stunning and Alvor is a very pretty place .
Drinks and gardens at the nearby hotel were lovely too.

Eine wirklich schöne Ausblick mit direkter Strandlage. Die Raumgröße war vollkommen ausreichend. Mehr Positives lässt sich leider nicht sagen. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Es ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett war sehr ungemütlich bzw. durchgelegen und die Beleuchtung fürchterlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet haben wir im Nachbarhotel aufsuchen müssen ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Den Pool bzw. die Sauna, auf welche wir uns sehr gefreut haben, haben wir nicht besucht bzw. nur kurz besichtigt. Diese Räumlichkeiten befinden sich in einem Glashaus direkt am Parkplatz. Es ist keine Privatsphäre gegeben. Außerdem ist auch dieser Bereich veraltet und keineswegs einladend. Sehr schade. Das Personal war lediglich anwesend. Manchmal wurde man begrüßt. Meistens wurde jedoch nur mit AirPods auf das Handy unter dem Tresen geschaut. Wir haben für den Preis nicht viel erwartet, waren aber trotzdem enttäuscht. Schade.

Das Studio ist das Geld nicht wert. Die Tür zur Terrasse musste 2 mal mit neuen Dichtungen versehen werden, weil diese weder wind- noch regendicht sind. Das Parkett sollte man nicht barfuß belaufen, weil dieses so gequollen ist, dass man sich Splitter in die Füße sticht. Zwischen Rahmen und Eingangstür mussten wir ein Papiertaschentuch klemmen, weil diese gewaltig klappert. Bei Buchung wurde uns auch nicht mitgeteilt, dass man zum frühstücken in ein anderes Hotel gehen musste. Da das Wetter sehr schlecht gewesen ist, konnte man auch nicht auf den Fernseher zurückgreifen, es gab keinen deutschen Sender.
