It was a comfortable stay with friendly staff, but a few updates would really elevate the experience
Pros:

The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made for a smooth check-in. Our room was clean with enough space for our family of six without feeling too cramped. A big plus for us was the two TVs; the kids had their own space to relax in the living area while we could unwind in the bedroom area. The complimentary breakfast was sufficient. It had fresh fruit, muffins, and a make-your-own waffle station, which the kids loved. It also had a few other things I did not try including cereal, eggs, bacon, sausage and toast. The coffee in the lobby was good, and they even offered hot cocoa, which the kids really enjoyed.

Cons:

There were a few areas that could use improvement. The lobby decor felt a bit dated, and some of the furniture throughout the hotel is starting to show noticeable wear and tear. The pool was also closed during our stay, which was disappointing, especially for the kids. Additionally, the lighting could be better both in the rooms and in the lobby. It felt a bit dim at times.
