You may have to shake the bushes to get what you need.
Pros:

As compared with our last two years, this stay was a bit disappointing.Our room was musty smelling which caused us to wash the clean clothes we took home or air them outside. There was one dishcloth and one towel, no coffee filters, no salt and pepper shakers, only 2 dishwasher pods, one toilet paper and no facials tissues for one of the bedrooms. The TV is bolted to the wall and finding the port for our streaming device was not successful. When we tried to call, we discovered that the phone did not work. As I had brought 2 guests, it was a bit embarrassing to have to go about asking for these items. A shout out to Rich for finding the hidden port for the TV streaming device and for getting us a new phone as well as placing it in one of the bedrooms as the wall port did not work in the main room. The water fountain in the pool and the kids area jets were not working. The music at the pool at times was very too loud. The resort building, restaurant, and pool are very nice and I would recommend it for a stay but just know that due to some difference in operations or incompetence in housekeeping, you may have to shake the bushes to get what you need.

Life is a beach
Pros:

Great service, lovely clean unit, partial ocean view, lovely pool and hot tub, plenty of recreational facilities and lots of activities going on. Best of all for us is the direct access to the wonderful beach. The resort is in a great location right on the beach wit easy access to local shops for those essential provisions

Pros:

Location and entertainment were excellent. We enjoyed the music and the jacuzzi.

Cons:

Paint was peeling in multiple location around the resort. Restaurant specifically the bar was closed before the time posted. Woman leaving restaurant looked at us and said we are closed. We stated that we were told they were open till 9:30. She just said we are closed.

Best beach chair rental on the beach!
Pros:

We’ve been coming here for 20 years and even though the faces and management have changed we still enjoy our week each year. The one thing that hasn’t changed and my favorite part is our beach rental with Clay. Since getting a chair at the pool is impossible I always look forward to my own personal space on the beach. Clay goes above and beyond to make sure each guest is taken care of as availability permits. Clay is kind and friendly and his communication is top notch. I look forward to catching up with he and Clay Jr each year.

We had a great stay, unfortunately the weather was not so great, so we did not get to use the pool, not even the beach..
Pros:

Location was excellent, the condo was spacious, bright and clean, it had two bathrooms, and huge balcony.

Cons:

The property is really amazing! I hope we can return here soon!

front office open but unable to check in untill 10; we arrived at 6 am; we ask for front desk to keep our luggage until 4 pm check in ; they say they do not provide that service; we book 2 room;
