Got bumped down from my original booked oceanfront room, found out upon arrival it was a timeshare- not a hotel in any m

It was a nice environment

Cons:

I booked an oceanfront room which was given away to someone else the morning of. This is a timeshare and if you book a room you might be bumped from the room up until the day you arrive with no warning. They have no room cleaning, fresh towels, shampoo or conditioner, you have to take out your own trash, and only coffee given for your arrival day!

We wouldn’t stay here again as we were charged the same as sea view apartments & had no view
Pros:

Good range of activities. The apartment size was good & very well set up

Cons:

The advertising is misleading. We bought Ocean Front Seaview room & when we arrived we were given the lowest floor , no sea view, above the noisy restaurant. The worst possible location yet we booked 9 months in advance . We think arriving late facet us the worst room but it should have been allocated months ago. We are very unhappy

I would not stay here again
Pros:

Close to beach

Cons:

Room smelled musty, washer/dryer did not work well and was loud. Paid extra for ocean view and was at pre check in right at 10. Got the 3rd floor so most of our view was trees. The play room had broken toys. No crayons or coloring books. Had to bring my own. Pool was hot. We will not stay at this hotel again.

I am very disappointed with the room assigned to us during this say.
Pros:

Close to the beach

Cons:

There is visible mold on the living room ceiling. The air conditioning did not reach the thermostat temperature setting. My amazon package was released to someone else. Basically, lost. Most of the front desk staff were rude.

If You're Looking for a Magical Couples (or family) Escape...this is the Place!
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort!! From the time we checked in until we checked out, our stay there was magical! The property offered top-notch, comfortable and immaculately clean accommodations in every aspect that exceeded our expectations! Our unit was like a luxury sanctuary and well-appointed in the thought and details provided to ensure we'd have everything we needed right at our fingertips! The property was situated right on the ocean - our room had a partial view that we had selected but it was perfect for morning breakfasts and coffee to sit out on our spacious balcony and relax on while enjoying the sounds and smells of the ocean and breeze right nearby! We also ended our days out on that balcony just relaxing and enjoying peaceful tranquility too! The pool on the property was huge, and we loved thst while we swam in it there was music playing in the pool area and tiki bar area too! Gave it a great tropical oasis type of vibe! The staff was super friendly, helpful and always there to suggest great places to see, eat at nearby and visit in the area that we might enjoy when we asked! While for us, this was a couples long weekend getaway, we noticed that there were also families staying there as well and so many activities for kids of all ages to participate in and enjoy! They all looked like they were having so much fun and that was wonderful to see! Definitely will be going back for getaway escapes to this resort in the near future!! We loved everything about this incredible resort and are so glad we found it when searching ahead of the trip for a great place to stay!

Cons:

Honestly, the only thing I could say we "didn't like", or moreso not as much a complaint or dislike but as a suggestion...was that there was only one restaurant at the resort.
While we both love Mexican food and the restaurant there had delicious Mexican food fare...having a restaurant with more broad-based, basic food fare with coffee, breakfast selections and sandwich/salad/soup style lunch options, perhaps cafe style, n a sit-down setting, would have been nice to have had as well. But, that said, DEFINITELY try the Mexican food restaurant while there! Our meal was delightful!

We absolutely felt like we had just rented a condo to live in for 12 months because it was so comfortable and beautiful
Pros:

When you walk in you really feel like you have arrived at a true vacation resort with one of the best beach access and accommodations we have ever had in FL.

Cons:

We actually loved it so much that we are going back as soon as possible because there wasn’t anything bad.
The only thing we would change is the check out time to 11am EST.

Lovely experience on the beachfront.
Pros:

We had a suite with a full kitchen, the beach was beautiful (gorgeous sunrise), rooms were very spacious. Staff very friendly (and sincere) and a fun restaurant. We had a ocean view room, which we enjoyed greatly. The beach towel dispenser was very convenient.
