We had a great stay, unfortunately the weather was not so great, so we did not get to use the pool, not even the beach..
Pros:

Location was excellent, the condo was spacious, bright and clean, it had two bathrooms, and huge balcony.

Cons:

The property is really amazing! I hope we can return here soon!

not able to go to beach or any where since we came in by uber and we have to take our luggage everyw

front office open but unable to check in untill 10; we arrived at 6 am; we ask for front desk to keep our luggage until 4 pm check in ; they say they do not provide that service; we book 2 room;

Got bumped down from my original booked oceanfront room, found out upon arrival it was a timeshare- not a hotel in any m

It was a nice environment

Cons:

I booked an oceanfront room which was given away to someone else the morning of. This is a timeshare and if you book a room you might be bumped from the room up until the day you arrive with no warning. They have no room cleaning, fresh towels, shampoo or conditioner, you have to take out your own trash, and only coffee given for your arrival day!

We wouldn’t stay here again as we were charged the same as sea view apartments & had no view
Pros:

Good range of activities. The apartment size was good & very well set up

Cons:

The advertising is misleading. We bought Ocean Front Seaview room & when we arrived we were given the lowest floor , no sea view, above the noisy restaurant. The worst possible location yet we booked 9 months in advance . We think arriving late facet us the worst room but it should have been allocated months ago. We are very unhappy

I would not stay here again
Pros:

Close to beach

Cons:

Room smelled musty, washer/dryer did not work well and was loud. Paid extra for ocean view and was at pre check in right at 10. Got the 3rd floor so most of our view was trees. The play room had broken toys. No crayons or coloring books. Had to bring my own. Pool was hot. We will not stay at this hotel again.

I am very disappointed with the room assigned to us during this say.
Pros:

Close to the beach

Cons:

There is visible mold on the living room ceiling. The air conditioning did not reach the thermostat temperature setting. My amazon package was released to someone else. Basically, lost. Most of the front desk staff were rude.
