Pros:

My room and facilities is always amazing . But the front desk check in was horrible. I paid already through booking and the girl lorena that works up front . Is deaf and can't speak to communicate and doesn't know how to do the check in. After an hour of waiting she just gave me a room key. But the morning lady told me she just cancelled it. Terrible front check in experience. It was late and I have worked 69 hours and should not have had to wait for her to try and figure it out. She doesn't hear the phone ringing . It's not very safe communication. But other than that I'm a regular there and love this place.

Cons:

Lorena the check in person person when I arrived. She is deaf and cannot communicate nor does she know how to check in quest. Leaving a lot of frustration

Will considere another stay here in the future depending on surrounding prices.
Pros:

It was at a really good location.

Cons:

The elevators are really outdated and only one was functioning; The room toilet was malfunctioning, there was only one small trash bin in the entire room and it was the restroom one. You get what you pay for other than that but I felt a functional toilet should be a given at whatever price.

The girl at front desk should not be ching people in .I've waited an hour and she still can't figure it out and she can't speak. Lorena is her name. I've already paid and still don't have a room key after an hour

Not a great stay
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

The elevator was broken 2 days of our stay. I asked for a room on a lower floor and was given the top floor. The fridge did not work, so they replaced it with one that did, but the second fridge ran out water into the compartment every time it defrosted. Every appliance was rusty and greasy. We'll not stay there again.
