I have stayed at this wonderful hotel several times. Most of the rooms are fantastic. I love the upstairs rooms and the hotel is perfect for my needs.
The room one I stayed in most recently in lower ground aka "basement" was less good because the window looks out to a wall 1 meter away, right next to the huge extraction pipe for the air con for the whole building which is quite noisy. That said the basement room is considerably better than hotels nearby with comparable basement rooms.
El alojamiento está súper bien situado a un paso de Hyde Park y de la estación de metro de Landcaster Gate, además, tener también muy cerca la estación de Paddington facilita mucho moverse por la ciudad y entrar/ salir de ella. La habitación es pequeña pero tiene lo necesario cuando vas de viaje y encontrarte agua fresca en la nevera cuando vuelves de un día ajetreado se agradece. En la habitación hay hasta plancha y tabla de planchar. El personal, que se encuentra en el hotel de delante, muy amable en todo momento.
Por poner alguna pega diré que falta algún perchero más para las toallas.

Sehr gute Unterkunft in schöner und sauberer Gegend. Gute Lage, nah an Bahnhof Paddington, dort kann man abends auch in Pubs oder Restaurants einkehren. Busstation Lancester Gate ist 3 Minuten entfernt. Personal sehr nett, alles super.
In unserem Standardzimmer war das Bett etwas klein, das Zimmer schon etwas abgenutzt. Hat unseren Aufenthalt aber verschlechtert.

Close to Paddington Station and restaurants. Even though it didn’t have an elevator, the porter graciously carried our bags up and down several flights of stairs.
Pillows were not comfortable.

le personnel est à vos petits soins lorsque vous rencontrez un problème, ce qui a été le cas tous les jours de notre séjour
ce que l’on vous dit pas dans l’annonce, c’est que l’hôtel est divisé en deux tout ce qui concerne votre hôtel à vous et tout petit et les personnes à l’accueil font clairement acte de figuration. Tout est renvoyé à l’hôtel qui est en face qui s’occupe de la partie management. Donc toutes les personnes concernant votre hôtel ne peut pas vous aider à part être sur leur téléphone ou se taper la discute entre elles et s’excuser dès que vous avez un problème… Nous avons eu des problèmes de lit, la chambre était propre mais il y avait des trous et les rideaux étaient complètement déchirés. Ça fait vraiment pas qualité par rapport au prix que l’on paye et la clim c’est arrêté au s’est cassé. Du coup il faisait une chaleur de bête dans la chambre et personne de notre hôtel a pu nous aider. Nous avons dû vraiment que nous référer à l’hôtel d’en face, c’était décevant pour le prix qu’on a payé.
