It is in a good location and there is plenty of availability of places to eat around. Getting to Paddington station is so easy. It was very clean and bathroom products were high quality.
The room I had was on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. A staff member had to assist with my baggage. The room was described as compact. I could not open the bathroom door fully as the bed was in the way.
Really calm aera. The hotel indicate that the room is fairly small - while I have booked standard rooms smaller than this one in other hotels. It’s cleaned and cosy.
Generally a nice clean room, coffee station well appointed, bathroom was nice and the lighted niche inside the shower was unusual and appealing. Bed was comfortable enough as were the pillows.
The toilet was so close to the vanity in the very small bathroom that you had to sit eschew, instead of straight, since your knee would hit the vanity. It would be much more comfortable to have a top sheet instead of just a comforter, so that when it becomes too warm you can just have a sheet instead of nothing. We had the good fortune of getting a first floor room, of which there are only 3. The rest of the rooms on the second and third floors have a vast number of steep stairs to navigate, which we would not have enjoyed dealing with.
Nossa estadia em Londres foi perfeita! Achei o quarto super confortável apesar de ser pequeno. Eles fazem serviço de quarto todos os dias e a limpeza estava excelente. A máquina de café expresso no quarto foi um ponto forte também e os vários utensílios que possuíam no quarto. À localização foi perfeita, fica a 5 min da Paddington Station e dos pontos dos ônibus e tem muitos comércios perto como cafés, mercados e restaurantes.

Bel hôtel proche de la station paddington. Chambre propre et agreable. Personnel très aimable et arrangeant. Possibilité de laisser les bagages au check out. Nous recommandons !

The stairs
It was precious! Had everything we needed for the 2 nights we were there. Lovely toiletry products. I will be ordering the lotion when I return home. Room had slippers and the air conditioner was great. We had a room with a king bed. Enough room for two of us to move around.
No lift. Even though we were aware that there was no lift, we thought it wouldn’t be an issue. Going up 3 (4) flights of stairs with luggage, was a challenge. We are in our mid 50’s and healthy. If you are traveling light, young, healthy, I 100% recommend The Crescent. Unfortunately, we won’t stay there again because of the lift situation. It was perfect otherwise.
Really close and convenient to the venue we were attending, staff were very polite and friendly. Good value for money. Good facilities included within the price including safe and ironing facilities.
Pillows needed replacing, they were very flat which made the nights sleep a little uncomfortable.
