Location is the best thing
Pros:

This location is wonderful. So close to Paddington station to get into London and the Elizabeth line to get to and from the airport super fast. Love having Kensington park so close by. It’s in a safe area. Not noisy at all. The rooms were good. Clean. Nothing special. The TV was lame. Not a smart tv. Couldn’t hook it up to any of our phone apps via chromecast. I just feel like all hotel TV’s should be smart TV’s at this point.

Overall it was a pleasant two nights stay for us. TQ
Pros:

Hotel was 4min walk to the Tube station and Hyde Park; 6 min to Paddington station. Restaurants, cafes & convenience stores are around the corner.
The room was clean and bed very comfortable. We enjoy our stay TQ

Cons:

Hotel written rule for check-out time is 11am. We requested to checkout at 12noon and the front office said will have to charge £20/-!. But the manager agreed to allow free checkout by 11.45am citing they are running full .
# strongly suggest the hotel to serve breakfast.

Great location and staff
Pros:

The location to Hyde Park and Oxford St was fabulous. An early check in after flying in from Australia was very much appreciated and the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and professional

Cons:

The bathroom was tight but had all the modern conveniences

Cet hôtel nous a vraiment permis de profiter de Londres dans les meilleures conditions.
Pros:

D’abord l’emplacement est idéal, près d’Hyde Parke et pratique pour toutes les destinations en transports, ensuite l’accueil a été très chaleureux et personnalisé, puis les chambres sont très confortables et avec tous les équipements nécessaires. On ne peut pas demander meilleur rapport qualité-prix pour Londres.

L'emplacement au calme juste à côté de Hyde Park et juste à côté du métro Lancaster gate. Cafetière Nespresso tres appréciée. Produits Milton Brown . Peignoir et chaussons. Personnel à l'écoute et souriant
