It had cockroaches even on bed and they charged me a $100 deposit when she had said it was $50 and i was charged twice

The room was okay, but it smelled very bad.

Cons:

The breakfast was none existent. We got there at 7:30am and all that was there was some dried toast and waffle maker. We paid for breakfast and were told that this was what was available.

I won't ever be back to the Merced ca location.
Pros:

Incident the night I stayed, tried calling 2 different numbers and couldn't get a hold of a live person. Front desk did not answer. In the morning, the clerk at front desk gave me an email to complain to and no one responded. I would like to be compensated!

Cons:

During my stay at the hotel there were several negative issues. The following were missing:

-room keys

-deposit receipts

-soap in the room

-mugs at breakfast

But there were also some positives:

+homeless people sleeping right in front of the room

+cockroaches in the bathroom

Based on these positive moments, I give it 2 stars.

Bad experience!!
Cons:

That they i never got my change back from my night of staying when the lady at the front had told me she was going to leave it for me in the front in the morning it was like a little over 10$
