Lack of fresh air because of sealed windows
Location is good, my kids like the Area.
I bought the room with breakfast included because it was my son's birthday, but at the Hotel, I WAS TOLD, the breakfast didn't included the Kids...how sad is that!?????? I bought the room for two kids and two adults, very miss leading!!! I did not tell my kids, because they like the Hotel, it matter for me. The refrigerator was too small, we could not put anything, our food in it.

A janitor tried to enter my colleague's room to clean, even though they hung the do-not-disturb sign.
The room was spacious and clean. Shower water pressure is good.
I’m surprised that there aren’t any complimentary coffee or tea offered in the lobby.
The hotel could use some upgrading.

It is always clean, beds are very comfortable, staff is always helpful!
I also like the proximity of the garage to the hotel. Easy to come and go!

The room is pretty spacious
It had everything you could need, including both a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. Nice enough rooms, no views.
Room was outdated, not very clean and had a strange odor. Staff said housekeeping upon request. I said I want it daily and was told to tell them each day….the second day they said it wasn’t available. Staff was average and disinterested at best.
