Could not stay here. Filthy, nasty hotel

Did not stay here. When I went to check in the room was filthy and wasn't cleaned. The sheets were covered in hair and dirt and other various stains. The were also stains on the carpets, curtains, lampshade, and the shower curtain. A few of the stains were dark red/brown and looked like they could have been blood. The room also reeked of smoke. The staff was incredibly rude and called me a liar to my face when I brought up the room conditions. They refused to refund me for that night claiming that just by walking into the room to see it, I had "used it." Don't stay here.

It was completely awful, never coming back. Will tell everyone to never stay here

It was so dirty. The lady at check in was rude when I asked if we could switch to a non smoking room since it never said it was a smoking room when I booked it. But then she said that because we booked through a third-party, she can’t change anything and that we could just go somewhere else if we wanted. The blankets had cigarette hole burns in them, one of the pillows had a blood stain on it. Anytime someone used the bathroom of the room above us. It was so loud. I wish I could attach more photos and videos.
