Really nice place. Would stay there again in a ground floor room.
Pros:

Clean large room. Comfortable beds. The view was of pine trees. And they have a huge indoor jacuzzi. Good coffee in the lobby and a decent breakfast bar.

Cons:

I didn’t know that there was no elevator. I have bad knees and it was a bitch going up and down 2 flights of stairs.

Spacious and comfortable. Would definitely return.
Pros:

Our room was unexpectedly large and very comfortable. There were many places to charge devices. My partner had to do some work and the desk was spacious and off to the side. The breakfast offered many choices and was quite substantial. The location away from the main road was quiet.

Cons:

Conversations from adjacent rooms and the hallway were easily overheard.

Pros:

The room was small, but nice. Appeared to be recently updated with a modern look and feel. Definitely a good value compared to other places in Mammoth Lakes.

Cons:

The outside of the building, parking lots, etc. were not well maintained.

Good for an inexpensive stopover with a good breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. The room was OK for a 1-night stopover during a long drive between destinations. I would stay here if unable to reserve another location. The beds were comfortable. The staff listened to my concerns and made notes to take action.

Cons:

The coffee filter holder did not fit in the coffee maker, which I was told the manufacturer does not have replacement filter holders to fit the original coffee maker. Guests or cleaning staff kept throwing the originals away. I made a suggestion for something else. The shower doors slid open while taking a shower. They made note of it and will have it checked. The door to the bathroom slid open unexpectedly due to the age and levelness of the building. The rooms are long and narrow making it difficult for multiple people to move around. One end of the room has the sofa and a bigger area than the area around the beds. There is no Netflix nor Prime on the TV due to past guests not signing out of their accounts before leaving.

Good location but staff really lacking in friendliness/professionalism
Pros:

Clean especially the hot tub without an overpowering amount of chemicals.. Decent breakfast. Bed quite comfortable. Evening front desk host was lovely, helpful and professional. Heat/air exceptional

Cons:

Found most of the staff unfriendly or didn’t understand English. Needed to ask a question one morning and the front desk was too busy speaking with a cleaning lady to bother to stop and ask if I could be helped. No one smiles or says hello or good morning. Almost as if I was being tolerated. Cleaning lady asked if I was checking out. Very unprofessional. I was making trips to my car and she didn’t understand what I was saying. Very thin walls.

The fan noise made getting sleep intermittent throughout the night.
Pros:

Staff was friendly, restaurant was good. Location was good and room was clean, Price was fair.

Cons:

Heat/AC fan was excessively loud, enough to wake us up everytime it came on which was often as it was cold at night, Sounded like a loud knocking noise before it got up to speed as if the fan motor was on it's last leg, Thin walls, Could hear the next room making noise, Pool and spa were inoperable and lack of outside lighting in that area that leads to the dining/breakfast area.
