Great customer service and amenities
My room was across from the elevator and was always noisy and disturbing. Comforter was dirty and the mini fridge was off. It wasn’t room temp then would freeze anything you put in it. The breakfast was sparse. The eggs were watery and inedible. Everything tasted like it was made from powered food, the gravy was awful. The coffee was very good and waffles. Not enough protein offered other than sausage, watery powdered eggs, boiled eggs and yogurt. No meat or flavor in anything. The queen bed was so uncomfortable, I woke up sore and body pain everyday. The mattresses need upgrades.
Staff was helpful and friendly.
Room was lovely, clean, and comfortable.
Breakfast was great! Lots of options and well supplied.
There was stained and needs to be a little bit more of a vacuum, very dirty
The room needs to be a little bit more neater
Convenient for our needs
Clean, great staff, very accommodating!
Os funcionários são ótimos
overall good stay
hot tub not working first night
did have it fixed the next
good breakfast
could be cleaner ie, walls and baseboards in the room and the hallways, top of headboard
front desk late night is not super interested in your needs
pool is small
Waffles. Juice. Biscuits and gravy
No directions to cook the waffles. Staff wasn’t helpful because she was from Ukraine, didn’t speak English
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Spokane Downtown — Final Review
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Spokane Downtown. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel was spotless, modern, and very welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.
The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The bed was extremely cozy, and I appreciated all the little details that made the space feel relaxing and easy to settle into. It truly felt like a home away from home.
I want to be very clear—there was not a single thing I did not like about this facility. Every part of my stay was positive. They even have washer and dryer facilities available, which is such a convenient and thoughtful amenity, especially for longer stays.
One thing I really want to highlight—because I know it comes up in other reviews—is the area around the nearby 7-Eleven. While there may be times when there’s an influx of homeless individuals in that vicinity, the hotel’s owners and management do an outstanding job maintaining their property. The grounds are kept neat and clean, and they clearly do not allow anyone to loiter or put guests or their vehicles at risk in any way.
In fact, I felt completely safe during my stay. There’s a security gate that prevents through traffic, which makes the property quiet and controlled. That added layer of security made a big difference and gave me peace of mind.
The housekeeping team deserves special recognition—they are truly outstanding. Everything was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and consistently refreshed. You can tell they take pride in their work.
Also, it’s worth mentioning that there are other nearby stores and businesses that are just as clean, safe, and well-kept, which adds to the overall positive experience of the area.
The breakfast was another highlight—fresh, well-stocked, and with plenty of options to choose from.
Overall, I loved everything about my stay. Honestly, disregard any negative reviews that might make you hesitant—this place goes above and beyond. We stay in a lot of hotels and motels, and this is by far one of the best we have ever stayed in. I would absolutely recommend it and will definitely be coming back!
Spokane — Downtown Experience
Downtown Spokane was just as impressive as the hotel. The area is beautiful, vibrant, and full of character. I especially loved how clean and walkable everything was—it made exploring so enjoyable.
There’s a great mix of scenery and city life. The views around Riverfront Park are absolutely stunning, and it’s the perfect place to relax, take a walk, or just enjoy the surroundings.
Overall, Spokane made a great impression on me, and paired with such an excellent hotel stay, it turned into a trip I won’t forget.
Breakfast was good. We appreciated the eggs and sausage. Staff was very welcoming and helpful.
Clean and bright; friendly staff
I liked how quiet it was and the comfortable bed.
I thought the room was too small, not enough space or pillows.
Spokane Valley. Room 322 was disgusting with cat pee smell. The front desk gave us a different room. This second room was disappointing as well...not well maintained...many repairs needed: bathroom faucet not attached and flopped around...closet handle not attached, carpet was ripped and torn. Will not be staying at this hotel again.
