The location
The elevator was out. While I understand things happen that out of everyone's control. What is in control is letting your customers know said elevator is down and not booking them a 3rd floor room when we specifically called ahead to make sure we had a ground floor because we cannot do stairs. We also told them we had a pet in our call. Neither was documented so she changed our room to one on the ground floor for pets. Good thing she changed it cause upon walking into the facility we see to our right a out of order sign on the elevator. That's how we found out the elevator doesn't work. So we were unable to use any of the motel amenities because they were on the main floor and we would have to walk all the way around the building and up a incline to get to main floor.
It was nice to stay together as a family in a very clean room and close to the locations where we visited.

room was fairly clean but entry hall, bath floor was not very clean around the edges. Caulking in bathroom was in state of disrepair in room 301.

Room was small. Luggage cart had bad squeak, very loud, needs repair.

There was an ejaculation stain on the wall next to me where I slept, I have a picture.
When my daughter woke up in the middle of the night she drank ants out of the Arizona tea next to her, I have pictures of that as well.. but the most egregious part is this.. our door would not lock completely, only the top locked that little flim flam piece, The bottom would not lock, I have a video of me trying to lock it.. but you were at capacity so there was nothing I could do.
My husband was very irate, two women alone in a hotel, One is only 17 years old. Honestly I've never stayed in a hotel oh this quality through booking. Com. I was disappointed.
But the staff was so kind, I feel bad complaining.. we didn't fall asleep until after 5am and had to get up early to return home.
We felt unsafe, and dirty.
