It was affordable and clean.
To be fair I did get a notification that the property was under renovation. That said I did not expect to be placed inside a room that was unfinished; there were wires hanging out of the wall and there was exposed concrete between the laminate flooring and the tile flooring. It didn’t really seem safe.
It was somewhat close to where I needed to go.
The smell was awful, the consigning on in the building was annoying. The shower didn’t close and I cut my hand on a loose piece of metal. Rooms and towels weren’t clean.
Didn't eat breakfast
Room was next to stairs and wall between stairs and room must not have been insulated because you could hear doors opening and banging shut and people going up and down. Didn't get a restful sleep because of that. Othe thing was cleaning crew came in room when I made first trip of belongings to car to pack. When wife went back she encountered cleaner pushing her remaining belongings on the cart going down the hall. I had purposefully hung the don't disturbed sign on the door because we weren't ready to checkout yet.this occurred around 8:30 am.
Staff, cleanliness
Parking. Room need some finishing work.
Close to airport..staff was friendly
The construction
The cleaning crew
Didn't get the King bed I reserved .
Uneven floor caused me to stub my toes, twice, in the middle of the night.
Shower floor very slippery.
Shower water pressure extremely weak.
Shower doors leaked onto the floor, causing the bathroom floor to be slippery.
Room was midway completed from renovation.
No place to hang towels in the shower room or the vanity.
Unfinished electrical wiring with uncovered electrical boxes.
No carpet with slippery bare wood floor.
Towels for one person.
The cleaning people were very understanding and helpful.
I submitted a written complaint to the hotel and got absolutely no response.
The room was way over priced and unfinished.
Location
Room door did not lock or the latch because door was misaligned.
Hotel was being renovated and shouldn't have been open to guests in the state that it was in. No carpets outside the rooms...rather raw concrete floors. Noisy building contractors staying in the rooms across from us.
It was average for hotels, coffee wasn't very good though. Staff was great and the facility was under construction but it caused little inconvenience.
Location, breakfast, pool
Construction remodel
Clean
Nothing
Our room was remodeled and looked very clean and nice the hall way is under construction.
Construction was going early in the morning so if you wanted extra rest it was impossible. Later that day we came back for a nap and the music was blarring from the construction crew with hammering no sleep. The construction did subside for the night so that was good.
It would have been nice for breakfast to have yogurt that was not low fat. Also the blueberry muffin tasted and felt like it was not cooked. Really doughy and gooey instead of feeling like a baked muffin. I will say that the lady that manages the kitchen was very nice and put my refreezeable ice pack in the freezer overnight for me as I travel with insulin.
Was not informed when I reconfirmed my reservation that the hotel was under construction. The hardwood floor in the room was not clean, there were spiders in the bathtub when we arrived, wires hanging out of the wall in our room. One of the lights next to the bed did not work and there was no overhead light where the couch area was and very hard to see wondering around in the dark. The tub was very slick so I had to have my friend help me take a shower so I wouldn't fall. Construction work started very early in rooms next to us and above. We were there only at night.
