Overpriced, run down.
Pros:

The staff tried to get the TV working in the evening. No luck.
In the following morning, maintenance got one channel for us. (We had concerns since US was bombing Iran.)
Very pleasant staff, overworked though.

Cons:

TV did not work. Run down facility. Breakfast was a mess and unsanitary. Room floor was very damp. Pillows were old and dumpy. Lights were so dim.
Overpriced. We expected more.

Lovely
Pros:

The Staff was perfect. Dixon greeted us with warm and sincere good cheer. He went out of his way to offer his help with anything else we needed. We witnessed this same greeting by him to several other guests.

Room was spacious. Bed felt like it had a dip in it. Floor dirty in front of sink.
Pros:

Only had a muffin. Breakfast was fine but not as many options as I’m use to having.

The floor could have been a little cleaner.

Not bad for a one night stay if passing through. I would not do a week

Clean but lots a noise at 2am in hallways and some doors slamming and people arguing which woke you.

It's a shame La Quinta isn't what it used to be. Now it's just another motel 6.
Pros:

The car wash next door.

Cons:

The blood stains on the sheets, the loud banging from staff getting breakfast ready at 4am everyday waking up half the hotel, the broken fixtures in the room, the rotten food in the fridge, the slow check-in.

Decent and adorable for high season business trip.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed, liked the hot tub, plenty of towels and toiletries.

Cons:

Fitness room was lacking (only a broken treadmill and rusty, squeaky elliptical). Coworker had leftover food in his fridge.
