After traveling for over a month and seldom staying in the same hotel for two nights I was exhausted. The LaQuinta in Belgrade MT is at the top of the list for future travels as it exceeded all expectations. Mia, at the front desk, was professional, personable, polite and just wonderful to deal with. The room was super comfortable. My experience with sofas in most hotels is that they are about 12 inches off the floor and very difficult to get up from. As an older person I may have appreciated the normal sofa, the tall toilet and the comfortable bed more than most but maybe not. While a standard hotel breakfast was served even it was a cut above most continental breakfasts. My sincere gratitude to Mia for making life a bit nicer on that occassion.
Staff was great and everything I need was accessible without a problem. Smaller facility with older appliances but hey that’s how you know it’s cozy. Breakfast was 10/10 - the team that put it together did wonderful. Excited to see the renovations when we come again 💓
Just a few specks of dirt on bedding when arrived and tissue paper left on the floor
Check in experience was welcoming
The lobby was charming and well kept
My room was clean
Hot breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffle maker (and cold items) was well prepared and presented, ready on time at 6am
Very clean. Quiet.
The construction project has closed a very accessible entryway into the property.
Canceled my reservation due to inactive card for initial reservation. Card was canceled due to fraud a few weeks ago. Had to rebook but lost bonus airline miles with initial booking. Funny how no other hotel on this trip handled this issue in a similar fashion. Hotel had very few guests (see empty parking lot) so it was completely unnecessary.
The breakfast set up is awesome the staff was all very pleasant friendly and helpful whenever I needed and I will definitely be staying there again.
The bed could be more comfortable.
The staff member that checked us in was AMAZING ! Very informative and personable.
Construction took away from the view and a little confusing
The staff tried to get the TV working in the evening. No luck.
In the following morning, maintenance got one channel for us. (We had concerns since US was bombing Iran.)
Very pleasant staff, overworked though.
TV did not work. Run down facility. Breakfast was a mess and unsanitary. Room floor was very damp. Pillows were old and dumpy. Lights were so dim.
Overpriced. We expected more.
Food was sub standard
First class breakfast, staff was on top of making sure everything was available, and facility was clean
It was fine
Clean but lots a noise at 2am in hallways and some doors slamming and people arguing which woke you.
Tv remote broken so could not watch and television at night.
The Staff was perfect. Dixon greeted us with warm and sincere good cheer. He went out of his way to offer his help with anything else we needed. We witnessed this same greeting by him to several other guests.
Very comfortable bed, liked the hot tub, plenty of towels and toiletries.
Fitness room was lacking (only a broken treadmill and rusty, squeaky elliptical). Coworker had leftover food in his fridge.
