Schönes sauberes Hotel in toller Lage am Missouri
Pros:

Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Schöne große Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Die Lage direkt am Missouri. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse. Sehr schön zum sitzen am Abend mit Sonnenuntergang.

Bad attitude attendant at check in front desk.

Check in attendant very negative- told us after chatting on phone with client, “I hate people in general- I really don’t like my job”
When asked if there was an area where we could go for a hike she said, “I don’t hike and I don’t like to walk anywhere”
What a welcome!! I told her that I was sorry she was having a bad day. Rest of staff were kind and attentive

Cons:

Bathroom facilities for the price were unperforming, Small, not good lighting. The room only got basic services, the refresh service was not good. I think more effort is given to the rooms where people are checking out than to those who are still checked in.

A very pleasant stay.
Pros:

Ill start with the room,very clean and comfortable beds.Towels for the number of guests were there prior to us arriving.
The indoor pool is great for littles.
They have a fireplace in the back.
The location is great it's by the river with a nice walking path thats right outside the back side of the hotel.
2 elevators so it doesn't get crowded, one of them being bigger which I thought would be good if had a stroller or a wheelchair .
The laundry room is well priced.
The parking lot is spacious and well kept.
The breakfast is a full one which is great with lots of nice seating and scenic.
The staff our very helpful.
The did have a nice print out of things that were going on we managed to see a night market which was very enjoyable. We've stayed here once before and look to stay only here when were coming down from Canada when we go exploring in the USA.It makes a nice spot on our first and last day of our expeditions. We as a family enjoy staying here and look to come back again.

Great staff, great rooms, immaculate and 24 hr pool!!!!

Staff was welcoming and helpful! Room was immaculate! POOL OPEN 24 hrs is why we stayed here and got all these other wonderful bonus’! Breakfast was great too!

Great stay in beautiful city.
Pros:

Excellent location by the river. Swimming pool was big and boys enjoyed it a lot. Good American style breakfast with waffles.
