The staff was friendly.
Breakfast was ok, just basic.
Room is big and spacious, very clean and quiet.
The homeless people by the premises entrance. And the fact that this facility makes you sign a document that parking is at your own risk, when you already have paid dor the room.
That is very settling, not knowing whether your vehicle will be broken into.

The bed was very comfortable and clean. The room was clean. The fridge was nice and cold. Water pressure in shower was decent. I interacted with 2 different employees. 1 of them seemed like he cared about my experience. The other definitely did not seem to care at all.
The pool was very dirty. There was a lot of sediment collected on the bottom and a large gross dirt/hair mass collected at the drain vent at the bottom. There was a band-aid and a hair tie on the floor when we arrived at the pool with no one else around. It looked like those things had been there awhile. The hot tub seemed reasonably clean, despite the band-aid on the floor near it, but the jets were very weak. The ice machine nearest our room and the juice machine at breakfast were both out of order. Breakfast was adequate, but I had expected a little more variety (most continental breakfasts have biscuits and gravy in addition to eggs and sausages). It was also a little strange that on 2 of the 3 mornings, there was only strawberry creamcheese and no plain creamcheese to go with the bagels. There was an unpleasant smell in one place in the hallway that made me think something rancid had been spilled on the carpet and never cleaned up properly. I don't feel that I got what I was lead to expect or what I paid for.

I like the location. Being off the main HWY, made for a peaceful night. Breakfast was good too
The hair conditioner in my room was completely empty! I have very long hair and need it. I didn't realize until it was too late. Very aggravating! Also the breakfast bar ran out of syrup only 1 hour into start time. This tells me it's not cleaned (therefore filled) regularly. Also lost TV/internet service due to the strom (not your fault, but made it unpleasant nonetheless) I also joked with my husband that the place was built for giants. The front desk counter was ridiculously high, the beds were high (had to do a little jump to get on them- I'm 5"2") the the chair to table depth was off in the breakfast area. My food was at chest level- awkward
Breakfast was marginal with limited selections. Luke warm eggs and only one meat selection. Only fresh fruit available was apples. Many other seasonal fruits are available locally.
There is no elevator. Price for pet stay is listed as $15.00 per day. Onsite cost is $20.00 per day.

There was not one aspect of the property that I did not enjoy.
There were no negative aspects.
The room I had was comfortable. A bit small, but I was by myself so it was fine. I didn't smell any pet odors which was great. It could also use one more lamp on the other side of the bed.
It could use some touch up it some areas, nothing too major. For example, there was a trim in the bathroom that was coming off. It could also use a newer shower head.
