Pros:

Loved loved loved having the option of the pool building, kids loved it, was so close to the Mexican restaurant, big room, we would stay there again for sure! Yummy complimentary breakfast, so close to the beach!

BATHROOM: POOR CAULKING- LOOKS NEGLECTED; TINY SIZED SOAP, BORDERED ON REDICULOUS; TOILET PAPER IS LAUGHABLE- THINEST I HAVE EVER SEEN IN A HOTEL/ MOTEL ROOM.. SOAP & TOILET PAPER POOR ATTEMPT TO SAVE A BIT OF MONEY; TOILET VERY LOW, DIFFICULT TO USE!

We had an excellent experience at this hotel, will use it again and recommend to family and friends.
Pros:

The customer service was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. I love having separate bathroom sinks for my husband and myself. I left my computer charger cord and the staff could not have been more helpful getting it back to me. Lovely people and the location to walk downtown Sandpoint could not be better. I highly recommend this hotel. A+

Pros:

Location is great. Walkable to the beach and lake. It's an older hotel/motel, but the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is cereal and grab and go items.

Enjoyed our stay and the staff.
Pros:

Great downtown location and nice facility. Very clean and nice covered parking.

Cons:

Breakfast was minimal and crammed into a small corner in the lobby.

We will probably look elsewhere next time we are in Sandpoint.
Pros:

Location is great. We have stayed here before.

Cons:

Property is really dated and run down. Our room was very stuffy, we opened the window but it was way too noisy.

We enjoyed our stay because of the close proximity to dining, shopping & the area attractions.
Pros:

The room was updated & the bed was very comfortable. The coffee at breakfast was great, with pastries, yogurt & fruit. The staff was friendly & helpful.

Cons:

The parking was limited & the spaces were very tight.
