Pros:

The staff were super friendly! And the location was perfect. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the antique shop across the street, and we had a lovely breakfast at the diner right next to the property. The hotel is going through what I call a Phoenix phase, and so there is construction happening on site- but I can tell that the new owners really care for the hotel and its guests. I would recommend giving them a chance.

The side facing the dominoes pizza is noisy in the morning around 6 AM due to the trash pickup.

Great customer service, they did offer to move us, but we were already settled in the room.
Pros:

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are clean. The staff there were very customer friendly. I would stay here again, except request to be put on the other side of hotel.

Cons:

For a Wednesday night it was not that busy, they put us on the Cedar Street side which was very busy with traffic till 1130 pm, cars were constantly go up and down the street which made it very noisy. It started again at 5 am. Woke up several times in the night.

Pros:

Good size room. Breakfast included, although they changed their breakfast burrito to breakfast wrap. Hot tub is good.

Cons:

Currently under construction with renovations. Loud movements and sounds with floor above. Doors could be improved for bathroom and room door being warped.

Great location we could walk to every place in our agenda. The cafe across the street was classic.
