Très déçue
Pros:

Personnel très accueillant. Proche des commerces

Cons:

Je suis déjà venue en 2024, et j'avais trouvé l'établissement et les services super. Cette année, j'ai été très surprise, la peinture de la baignoire SPA s'effrite, très désagréable quand on souhaite profiter d'un moment de détente.
Chambre donnant sur rues très bruyantes. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas compris avec le prix de la chambre et celui-ci n'est plus servie en chambre alors que c'était l'un des points forts de l'établissement.

Brilliant, loved Paris.
Pros:

The location was perfect! An hours walk to the Eiffel Tower with plenty of restaurants and places of interest nearby.

Cons:

The male Casey didn’t about the carpet however the female Casey thought it was bit dated. The theme was nice though.

Hyggelige og flinke folk som jobber der med god beliggenhet og fint stil på hotellet

Cons:

Litt støy om natten, ikke varmt vann i badekaret, manglet strøm den ene morgenen slik ar det ikke ble frokost, når de redd opp sengen tok de bort dynen slik at vi måtte spørre om en ny, manglet dør inn til do/Bad på rom 205

Fijne plek, hotel heeft onderhoud nodig
Pros:

De locatie was erg leuk, fijn buurtje, levendig met leuke horeca. Vlakbij metro. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Op twee van de drie dagen viel de stroom langdurig uit, daardoor geen lift, dag drie geen warm water. Verder was er veel dat wel even opgeknapt kon, het bubbelbad was oud, niet aantrekkelijk om in te zitten, gordijnen deels van rails, deurknop los, kortom, het heeft een boost nodig. Helaas wordt er niet gereageerd op de mail die we stuurden, dus dan zet ik het hier maar gewoon zoals het is.

A localização é excelente e a equipe é maravilhosa.
Pros:

O atendimento foi perfeito, todos os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e gentis.

Cons:

Alguns detalhes no quarto poderiam ser melhorados. Um pedaço da cortina estava solto, o tecido da decoração na cabeceira da cama estava rasgado, a banheira não tinha tampa e o chuveiro não era fixo, era apenas ducha.
