Basta poco... prestate attenzione alla soddisfazione del cliente

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni in questo albergo a Verona. Nel complesso l’esperienza è stata positiva, ma con alcune criticità importanti che meritano di essere evidenziate.

La principale nota negativa riguarda senza dubbio la colazione, che per un hotel 4 stelle risulta di qualità piuttosto bassa e poco organizzata. Abbiamo trovato interessante l’idea dell’erogatore di acqua e succhi, ma purtroppo la qualità era davvero scarsa: sarebbe stato preferibile trovare semplice acqua del rubinetto e succhi di livello anche più economico ma migliori.

Le macchinette automatiche per caffè e cappuccino erogavano prodotti di qualità modesta e con poca attenzione da parte del personale di sala. In un caso, una delle due macchine era addirittura senza latte, costringendoci a ripiegare su una cioccolata calda, risultata però eccessivamente dolce.

Nota positiva invece per torte e ciambelle, che speriamo siano di produzione propria. Tuttavia, spesso i prodotti finivano senza essere prontamente rimpiazzati.

Curiosamente, la colazione più completa è stata quella del giorno della partenza, quando siamo scesi alle 7 anziché alle 9, nonostante il servizio fosse previsto fino alle 10.

Considerando che il costo della colazione non varia in base all’orario, questo tipo di attenzione dovrebbe essere garantito in modo uniforme.

Per il resto, il soggiorno è stato piacevole, anche se segnaliamo che la stanza risultava molto calda, al punto da dover dormire con la finestra aperta.

In sintesi, un’esperienza positiva nel complesso, ma con una grande area di miglioramento nella gestione e qualità della colazione.

Hotel genel olarak çok temizdi.

Cons:

Ücretsiz otopark olduğu söylendi, evet araba park edecek yer var ama otele ait ve güvenli bir park yeri değil. Park yerinde cam kırıkları vardı ve resepsiyona buraya park etmenin güvenli olup olmadığını sorduğumda evet bazen araçların camları kırılıp hırsızlık yapılıyor diye dürüstçe cevapladı. Bu nedenle tüm gece huzursuz uyudum. Klima soğutmuyordu, buzdolabı da aynı şekilde. Hotel belki zamanında yani 20 yıl öncesinde çok lüks bir otelmiş ama şimdi çok yıpranmış ve renovasyon ihtiyacı had safhada.

Frühstück - Personal war überfordert ( nicht nur dieses Mal ) ....... es fehlte für einiger Zeit ( 08:30 - 09:00 ) eigentlich alles - vom Essen bis zum Löffel - Eier und vieles mehr - fast alles musste man einzeln bestellen .
