Pros:

Le départ : contents de répartir

Cons:

1. Chasse des toilettes en panne, signalée dès l'arrivée et à plusieurs reprises mais pas réparée pendant toute la durée du séjour, nous étions obligés de retirer le couvercle de la chasse pour faire descendre l'eau et, ensuite, mettre notre main dans la chasse pour refermer le clapet d'écoulement.
2. On nous dit de les appeler en cas de problèmes mais... le téléphone ne fonctionne pas!!! Signalé et, comme pour les toilettes, pas réparé.
3. Parking petit par rapport à la taille de l'hôtel, vous avez intérêt à rentrer de bonne heure car le soir pas de place et quand vous demandez ou vous parquer on vous répond "Très difficile...."
4. Petit déjeuner catastrophique entre la qualité de ce qui est présenté et les manques (plus de thé noir depuis le premier jour et pas réapprovisionné pendant toute la durée du séjour (nous avons été obligé d'aller acheter nous mêmes des sachets de thé alors qu'ils ont une surface commerciale juste en face) : réponse du responsable de la salle "Il y en a plus mais vous pouvez prendre un autre type de thé". Machine à Jus d'orange : 3 boutons sur 6 en panne

Pros:

Il bagno della stanza è tenuto molto molto bene ed è fatto anche molto bene. Il letto potrebbe essere stato un po’ più comodo ma va bene lo stesso. La camera è pulita, ordinata, un po’ vecchio stile.

Cons:

Non capisco ancora come mai non ho trovato qualcosa da bere sul tavolo della colazione. Sarebbe stato bello averci trovato una spremuta d’arancia o una bottiglia d’acqua

Pros:

I like this hotel. I saw many bad reviews, but I would like to be fair and say that this hotel can actually be considered a good one.
We should keep in mind that the price is very good compared to other hotels close to Verona.
We got a room on the 6th floor and it had a clean, renovated interior, a very large comfortable bed, a kettle and a fridge.
The bathroom is quite big with a bathtub. The water pressure was good and we had hot water without any problems.
We stayed there for the weekend and it was quiet, but on Monday we heard loud repair work. It didn’t matter for us because we were checking out that day.
There was also a lot of space for parking around the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel itself is good, but the area around it is quite industrial and not very attractive. It didn’t matter for us because we drove to Verona for a walk.
