Pros:

Cama, chuveiro, restaurante excelente parabéns as funcionárias, em especial Neves, que lembrou da minha outra estadia e ficou feliz que estivesse bem.
A mini cozinha é muito útil e funcional. É silencioso,calmo, enfim, uma ótima escolha.

Cons:

Pode melhorar o Wi-Fi e principalmente os travesseiros. Não condizem com a qualidade do hotel

Pros:

Gostei muito da acomodação do local. Infraestrutura impecavel. Amei a experiência, mesmo sendo um valor um pouco elevado para meu orçamento atual. Mas repetiria a expêriencia novamente com toda certeza.

Cons:

Os interruptores estavam meio confusos da iluminação. E a piscina é aquecida porém ainda um tanto gelado rsrs. Mas no pacote completo um expêriencia incrível.

O restaurante tinha vários itens fora do cardápio por falta de ingredientes básicos.
Demora e despreparo no check in. O rapaz sabia que estávamos vindo pra cirurgia da minha mãe e ele fez tanta confusão no check in. Quando fomos confirmar o número dos quartos pra entrar no elevador que ele se deu conta que tinha trocado um dos nossos quartos com o de outra hóspede. Nos deixaram em um apartamento no 1º andar e outro no 13º. Resultado: as acompanhantes da paciente que estavam no 1º andar mal descansavam devido ao barulho da rua. Quando fomos solicitar a troca do quarto nos deram a possibilidade de ir pro 6º andar. Acho que deveriam revisar o treinamento para que os funcionários saibam direcionar os hospedes que vem fazer tratamento na Beneficência Portuguesa para garantir que tenham uma estadia mais tranquila, até porque o motivo da viagem não é passeio.
Além disso o elevador é extremamente lento!!!
