La ubicacion tranquila

Cons:

El personal. Lamentable. Sobre todo la recepcionista, muy maleducada. Chillando a un menor porque no la.entendia. Y a la hora del desayuno, todas, absolutamemte todas las mesas, sucias. Los dos camareros muy ocupados con 6 personas que habia en el.comedor. Te miraban, y como si.nada.
Despues de 5 minutos.opte.por.coger un trapo que habia por alli encima, limpiar la mesa, amontonar los platos en la mesa de al.lado, y desayunar lo poco que quedaba. Eran las 8 de la mañana y y no.habia pan. El problema.no son las faltas, es la actitud del personal.
En breve tengo que volver a la misma ubicacion y ya tengo un hotel descartado.

Le restaurant fermé TOUT LE WEEK-END !!!
La vétusté des chambres et de la salle de bain (à l'heure des douches à l'italienne, comment proposer encore dans un hôtel 4* une baignoire où l'on risque de glisser à chaque geste, sans protection (ou si peu) contre les éclaboussures)
Peu de pression au niveau de la robinetterie dans la SDB

Pros:

Very good choice for a stay near Toulouse AIrport or for a business meeting
Pros:

Location is good if you have to stay next to the airport: the hotel offers a free shuttle, but it is also easily reachable by foot (15 min).
Hotel rooms are spacious, well equipped and quiet.
Hotel facilities are very good
Personnel is always available, kind and professional
Breakfast is good.

The room are always clean, the bed is really good, I use to sleep at this hotel when I'm working on the airport and every time it's a pleasure to sleep in the rooms
