Cons:

The front desk was left unattended for a few minutes when i was trying to check out. I had to ask the cleaner to go get the front desk clerk.

Good, just needs to be updated.
Pros:

Its always clean, staff is always very nice, and i know what I'm getting when i book a room here. The amenities are great for the value and they have a Starbucks in the lobby that has a great breakfast burrito.

Cons:

I have been coming to this location for over 10 years for Mazda training. I've never had any major issues, its more along the lines of the facility becoming dated and in need of refurbishing which in fact was being done at the time. That being said, Parking was annoying with a giant machine taking up an entire side of the lot. My room was very clean, it always is and that's always been a major plus. I did notice the tv was in an unusual position and when i moved it, a cable box from behind it with wires fell from behind it and scared the daylights out of me. I was never able to connect to the facilities Wifi which was never an issue before. Other than that my stay was good. I will be coming back.
