absolutely amazing and will definitely be booking next year!
Pros:

the staff was super friendly, helpful and patient. the beds were comfy and shower was so amazing.

Cons:

our mini fridge ended up defrosting or something because the ice that had been frozen over the shelf had melted and was leaking all over the floor, not a big deal though!

We appreciated our stay at Coastal Sands, but were disappointed with the space for the price we paid
Pros:

The house was pretty and decorated nice. The kitchen supplies were great. The bathroom was nice and large. The beds were comfortable. We liked the location of the house and the privacy of the house. The furniture on the deck was nice.

Cons:

There was no soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom. There were not enough washcloths in the bathroom. There was only one for 4 people and we told the girl at the desk, but still didn't receive any. None of the 3 A/C units worked. The refrigerator was sitting out into the kitchen at least a foot away from the wall. Because of that, the kitchen table sat in from of the fridge and half the fridge was inaccessible. The house was advertised as 1,030 sq ft and it was no where near that large. There was no coffee maker in the space.

Pros:

Room was clean. They allowed me to check in early which was very helpful.

Cons:

Very minor inconvenience. Couldn't set the AC/heat to just run on fan only.

Pros:

I had to pay incidental fee of $200 dollars, unexpected.

Still have not received my money back yet.

Had to ask for washcloths, towels were not clean, water from the shower drained in the the bedroom floor in room #103. WiFi was lagging while watching Netflix. No Hulu access.

Just to a name a few improvements necessary for a better stay.
