It worked for what we were doing but I won't stay here again.
Cons:

The room was freezing and we couldn't adjust the heat. No blankets. The key to the room wasn't working right.

Pros:

Was very small and not worth the time we ended up going out somewhere for food

Cons:

They have an extra 200 for a deposit that wasn't told when I booked the room. So had to scramble to find money to pay it

A little expensive for the experience however, the staff is friendly and responsive.
Pros:

Staff was good. 2 blocks from the beach.

Cons:

Even with help from staff, televisions in the bedrooms did not work. The toilet was broken. No daily housekeeping, towel replenishment, coffee maker, etc. Our 2 bedroom apartment was cleanish.
Not to our standards for the price. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Get stay, awesome
Pros:

The staff was incredible friendly and helped up plan where to go during our stay. Our room was nice and cool and the bed was super comfy. Upon arrival they even give you a welcome bag!

The website for hotel said there was a seating area with table and there was no furniture just a bed a microwave and mini fridge..the manager said he would reimburse me something for not having furniture and gave him c/c number and nothing happened and won’t return my call

Hotel owner is the friendliest and most welcoming person. We had a team of 10 kid staying for a soccer event and he was awesome!

The hospitality was awesome at Coastal Sands Inn.
Pros:

For breakfast we went to Dunkin Donut on the boardwalk. They also have sit down breakfast restaurants on the boardwalk. We also bought some breakfast things from home.

Cons:

I should have booked a bigger room. I booked a room for two full size bed room and it was a bit small for us. That was my fault. I should have booked Queen or King.

room too cramped with 2 beds. no chair/seat in the room. no soundproofing in ceiling so noise from above such as ball bouncing disturbing

Cant wait until next year
Pros:

The staff was amazing, it was located 1 block from the boardwallk which was very convenient, there were plenty of places to eat in the surrounding area and stores and shops within walking distance, and the rooms were exceptionally clean.

Cons:

The parking was a little tight but barely had to use my car based on the location.

The location is great close to the beach and boardwalk but not very clean
Pros:

The location of the place is fabulous as it’s close to the boardwalk and plenty of restaurants and beach. It was great to have a pool as an option as well with an outside shower even though it was a smaller area.

Cons:

The rooms had ants in them and didn’t feel very clean at all. The rooms were on the smaller side and beds only had one sheet that was so thin and not comfortable at all. Also the staff was not willing to give us many more towels to shower with.
