Location to hospital
Parking lot too far , no valet
Location is good for access to Mercer Lake
The bar service was very poor, they ran out of basic items like glasses and drinks mixers, only one beer on tap, Guinness, which they had to serve in a wine glass as they had no beer glasses!
Good staff
Clean
Buffet breakfast could be better with hot food hot
Also because we were seated by a server they gave us a bill.the breakfast was a perk for my membership but there was a place for a tip-a bit much
Sunday - pls keep the bar and room service available.
space, staff, your loft area with big screen, play area.
Booking.com overbooked the hotel. I showed up with a prepaid reservation and there was no room available. It was past midnight and with a kid in tow. Not fun. It’s been two weeks and several calls to customer AI service and yet no refund.
Location
Room was kind of dirty. Hair all over shower
It's very photogenic from the picture. It's actually very old building. Located in the forests. Outdoor very nice vibe.
We had a very bad experience while we were staying. Fire alarms ringing in the middle of the night. Everyone had been evacuated. At 2.34 AM. 2 fire trucks came along with police. In the morning when i checked out. Nothing compensation given to us. Really a nightmare . Not recommended when they charged $ 274 per night with the facility and the mattress and pillows aren't comfortable. It's very old hotel. But nice staff named Matthew. He borrowed his charger.
The fire alarm rang in the middle of the night two nights in a row - 2:30am and 4am - and we had to vacate and spend 29-30 minutes outside. Near impossible to get a good night's sleep right before kid's tennis matches. Also the hotel needs an upgrade - stained armchairs and tired decor.
Buenas instalaciones
The hotel is a few miles from Princeton University. There’s no location municipal transportation near the hotel. The hotel offers weekday shuttle service to the university and surrounding areas on request.
The hotel is about a quarter mile in from the main highway. There are no stores or strip mall within a short distance of the hotel.
The hotel property is on a large area of acreage that includes the hotel and a conference center.
The hotel modern with two restaurants one that serves a breakfast buffet. The price is
moderate and the selection of dishes is limited. The service is good.
The second restaurant opens in the afternoon for drinks and dinner. There is a full bar. The dinner menu has appetizers and limited selection of dishes. The service is very good and the prices are reasonable. The portions served were delicious and the portions were large.
The hotel doesn’t have safes in the rooms. The front desk doesn’t have a safe for use by the guests.
The Internet speed was very good and easy to access.
The room was an adequate size. There was a large screen Television. The hallway closest had plenty of hangers. The cabinet had a couple of small drawers for clothing.
The shower in the bathroom had one dial to control the water flow. Very easy to use.
The phone was not working
Location was nice and convenient to College of NJ where I needed to be over the weekend. I felt safe and it was quiet. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Bartender makes a great Cosmo.
The room was quite dark. You needed a light even during the afternoon. The room also needed attention, coffee maker didn’t work, hard to find a place to plug it in, make up mirror didn’t light,
Electrical outlet in the bathroom was loose and the phone didn’t work when trying to call the front desk with a question. No information on services in the room without scanning QR codes, which I don’t do in public facilities to avoid being scammed. Annoying but not a big deal. A little dated as well, but ok.
Rustige locatie en in de buurt van Princeton Universiteit.
Kamer dichtbij airco van het gebouw, hele dag en nacht gezoem.
