Everything was so clean and maintained! The balcony had a beautiful view. Beds were comfortable! Breakfast had many options! Loved the free coffee/tea area

The entry way and bathroom floors need to be wet mopped not just vacuumed. My feet got dirty walking on it.
It had a Beautiful Lobby and courtyard. The breakfast was a tasty go to kind of when in rush.
The bathroom vent seemed to be plugged. Or it may need to be replaced.
Breakfast was good. Kids liked the Koi Fish pond. Room was big enough for 2 adults a child and toddler.

Provide trays for people who want to eat in their room. We were traveling with a dog so it would have been easier to get food back to our room.
Absolutely nithing
Rooms were not ready nor just for us but other patrons as well. I had to get ready to attend a graduation in the hotel lobby bathroom instead. The room was not clean to our standards. There was no phone in the room. The TV would not work. The toilet was backed up and we had to use the lobby bathroom each time. We let the front desk know upon our departure and no apology or compensation. Ridiculous
