Very friendly, clean and accommodating. We’ll definitely stay here again as we travel that directio.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, good selection.
The coffee was a little cooler than normal.
The sausage was yummy.
I always like the choice of pastries.

Cons:

Coffee could have been warmer.
Provide trays for people who want to eat in their room. We were traveling with a dog so it would have been easier to get food back to our room.

Great stay overall.
Pros:

Breakfast was standard hotel quality. They kept it stocked well throughout the morning. You definitely need to have two waffle makers.

Cons:

For some reason our house keeper came and took our trash, restocked our towels, but left the bed un made? Also, it would be nice to have four bath towels instead of two.

Worst hotel experience we have ever had. We have stayed at Hilton brands but this is disgraceful.

Absolutely nithing

Cons:

Rooms were not ready nor just for us but other patrons as well. I had to get ready to attend a graduation in the hotel lobby bathroom instead. The room was not clean to our standards. There was no phone in the room. The TV would not work. The toilet was backed up and we had to use the lobby bathroom each time. We let the front desk know upon our departure and no apology or compensation. Ridiculous

Pros:

Communication beyond Awful!!!! They do not answer emails or take into consideration of answering or taking the time 2 to 3 days in advance. BE AWARENESS. Bad service!!

Cons:

Bad service, asked 3 days in advance for a refund. Had a family member in an accident & asked for a refund & no communication was received!!!
