Pros:

My husband and I love the desk manager! We've stayed there multiple times, and he's always very upbeat, welcoming, helpful, and personable!

We also like the showers, the Dove soaps and hair products!

Our room is always clean!

Cons:

The couple days we stayed this last time, there weren't many options for a healthy breakfast. We mainly prefer eggs and fresh fruit. Our option this time was sausage biscuits and gravy or waffles for both days. There were hard boiled eggs, so we went with that option, but no fresh fruit.

Terrible experience room stunk and full of bedbugs
Pros:

Don’t stay at this place. This place is infected with bedbugs. Woke up with so many bug bites. I was disgusted over this and all they said was oh sorry will check into it with maintenance get out of here.

Enjoyable stay - Comfortable room - pool not so good !
Pros:

Your desk staff are awesome. Joel, Gary and Robert are exceptional. The breakfast was very well prepared with ample options. The cleaning crew obviously do a very good job.

Cons:

The pool is cloudy and way off of its ideal setpoints. I walked into the pool waist high, turned around a got out. Very tacky on the skin. Ph, acidity are two obvious problems.

Great getaway.
Pros:
