The room layout and location was fine.

Cons:

The A/C made noise all night. Shouldn't have the dumpster picked up at 2am. Filled my cup with coffee and half of it was coffee grounds. The hotel wouldn't give me any credit because I didnt call to report it in the middle of the night and im sure they would have run right up to fix it.

We have been coming to this hotel for years. Know Gary at the front desk.
Pros:

Got the handicap room. Liked the extra room

They didn't put any cups in the room for coffee or for brushing teeth.

Pros:

This is an older hotel but improvements are being made. The new shower is nice. The beds were very comfortable. They need another pillow. Four of those pillows would be great. Very helpful staff. Good location when exiting the freeway. Great price.

breakfast stayed at several baymonts over 2 weeks but this was the worst breakfast basically nothing hot either don’t have breakfast at all or don’t charge for it

Unexpected pleasant find after a long drive
Pros:

Location. Price. Gary the night manager was very pleasant and helpful. A combination you don't find very often.

Of the many nights in hotel rooms on my 12 day road trip, this was the nicest.
Pros:

Front desk staff was friendly and professional. Since I travel with a bike and bring it into my room the front desk clerk even gave me a room with a foyer so there'd be extra room for my bike. Who does that anymore? This Baymont does.

Cons:

Nothing. This was a very nice place.

The rooms are very large. The two queen beds were comfortable and the room had a couch and coffee table. The bathroom had a new big shower.
