Personal sumamente amable y eficiente. Las habitaciones amplias, limpias y cómodas. La caja de seguridad de la habitación no cerraba bien pero no tuve necesidad de usarla. Desayuno muy bueno.

Estadia muito agradável. Gentileza dos atendentes da recepção especialmente do Felipe Casimiro da Valéria e da Lais. Ficamos apto 601 e observamos que a torneira da pia estava com vazamento e a TV fazia muito barulho quando era ligada mas depois melhorava. O café da manha estava muito bom sem exagero de comidas diferentes mas com o suficiente e de boa qualidade. O pessoal tambem muito solicito e gentil

Hotel muito bom. Café da manhã muito bom, mas o melhor dele foi o atendimento do pessoal do café, especialmente o rapaz que faz tapioca, ovos etc. Bom astral e atendimento 10. Recomendo melhor treinamento ao pessoal da recepção. Tive bom atendimento no check in check out, mas durante a estadia o pessoal não nos enxergava e nunca recebia um bom dia , boa tarde ou boa noite. Tão simples. Não é investimento, é treinamento. E faz muitaaaaaa diferença. No mais, recomendo o hotel.

Good but could be better
Pros:

The hotel was conveniently located, but very outdated. It’s on a busy street and the windows are not well insulated, so if you want a quiet evening, it’s not ideal.
Not many people speak English, which was a shame, but not a deal breaker. Service and breakfast was very good.
