Location of this hotel is good. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and tried so hard to be helpful.Hunter especially went above and beyond, and was very understanding with issues we were having.
Staff was friendly and helpful, but overwhelmed. That was obvious from the moment we checked in. Unsure if there's issues with in-house housekeepers or a housekeeping contractor for the hotel, but whomever is in charge of cleaning up is not doing it. Room was visibly dirty. Beds had not been changed and had visible dirt on the sheets. Mirrors and countertops looks like they had been sprayed with cleaner but not wiped thoroughly. The shower was gross with visible grimy prints and hairs. Had to change out requested bedding ourselves and use our own cleaner to wipe down surfaces in order to feel good about using the room. We were offered another room but it was even dirtier. When I have to pay a full day's pay for a night at a hotel, I actually expected to be clean. I don't blame the staff that was trying so hard to make the problem right, but they were overwhelmed with other occupants and issues with their door card machine. We weren't the only vacationers having issues.

Water pressure was good. Location was good.
Room smelled horribly. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything. The AC is loud and wakes you up every time it turns on. The bathroom floor was slippery to the touch, like grease was all over it. The hotel is just dirty, inside and out.
Staff @ check-in were friendly & nice. Area was good & clean.
Beds were WAY too high... Had to use a chair to get in the bed... Breakfast room was hot & uncomfortable. I asked to be close to another room & we were on totally separate floors.
The staff was all super friendly. We didn't stay in the facility too much so didn't really get to experience much else around the hotel.
The whole place, especially outside of our room, smelled like marijuana. A few things in the room were outdated and stained. Not the room that I booked, but it worked.
Had been on the road for 12 hours and needed a convenient place off I-90 so it was a decent location. The bed was comfortable and I slept well.
The bathroom had not been cleaned prior to my arrival. There was still trash in the bin and dirty towels in the shower from the previous guest. There was also no cream or sugar for the coffee and I paid additional for breakfast but the line was massive. Was unable to eat. Overall, not worth 280 dollars for the night for my stay.
I am still waiting for holds to be released on my card. 100 dollars 2 times
The property was clean and has a nice swimming pool, the complementary breakfast was good
We walked out of our rooms to take our bags out, we didn’t turn in our hotel keys and when we walked back to our hotel room the cleaner was already in there ripping the sheets off the bed and taking trash out… he handed the rest of our belongings and said “we forgot them” we did not forget them we didn’t check out!
Easy check in
How the cleaners knocked on my door waking my new born baby every 15 minutes checking to see if we were still there. Check out was at 11 and this started at 930 in the morning
Clean, friendly staff, lots of parking spaces, many restaurants around the area.
Everything was good for this price.

Overall did not feel clean, everything smelled, the ac was filled with grime and dirt that kept blowing into the room. The furniture was covered in a layer of dust and there were rings from cups where they had not wiped things down.
