Great Customer Service and Great Location.
Pros:

Upon my arrival. I was greeted with a very warm smile (sorry I don’t remember the lady’s name)at check in. Jimmy an employee was such a sweet person. He saw that I needed a cart and got one for me. He also loaded my bags upon the cart. His kindness didn’t stop there. He helped me to my room and unloaded my items. His attitude and attention will always be remembered.

Cons:

Although this property was under renovation. The Employees made up for that.

Really nice room a very good breakfast

Cons:

The jetted tub did not work that good.Only downfall needs a new jetted tub or a bigger, hot tub. And just for that reason, I would go to another place for the tub that was the whole purpose. I got a bad back and I wanted to soak in that tub was horrible.

Pool heater not working, Grandkids Christmas present ruined.
Pros:

Sad visit.. grandkids Christmas present was a night at the hotel with a pool in the middle of winter. Employees were pleasant, room was nice, but 5 young children were very sad because the pool heater was broken. The water was freezing cold and swimming was impossible. We wish we were notified upon check in so we might have been able to change our plans and give the kids a fun night. I asked if we could get a pass for a future afternoon to bring the kids, but was told no.

Adequate accommodations but nothing special.
Pros:

The location was convenient for my visit

Cons:

The furnishings were shabby and the coffee pot wasn’t clean or useful. The night before I stayed at Residence Inn at Fenway in Boston and the suite was spotless with updated appliances and furnishings.

The breakfast was great! I liked the pool hours. The room was spacious.

Cons:

Our room had a lot of pet hair on the carpet and in the shower. We asked for it to be swept again and it was not.
