No pool. Very bad breakfast service. Just coffee and some energy bars for breakfast

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Would stay again

Very loud with dogs barking and baby’s crying all times of night, bed very uncomfortable, tv channels suck! Breakfast suck and there’s never anyone at the front so you have to go find someone, kinda gave me living in a shelter vibe basically the worst part of my trip. I will not book again

Cockroaches and more cockroaches

Costumer service unprofessional, rooms are not clean it’s smell like cockroaches took us 6 room for our satisfaction

Bed was horrible and hurt our backs.

The young lady working the front desk was nice

Unfortunately my room was dirty and smelled like smoke or cigarettes or something. But afetr being changed to a different room everything seemed fine.

The staff was blah. Not too helpful.

We did not like anything about this place. There was blood stains, Indicating bedbugs were in the bed, on the sheets, and on the pillow. It also looked like there was fecal stains on the other sheet so we had no blankets to sleep on even if we did stay the night. There was also a heavy smell of mold, walking into the room. There was also mold spots by the sink in the bathroom, and it looked like there was rust all over the fridge door. The microwave also had rust holes. We decided to leave that same night after checking in. Yes it was a cheap hotel but I’ve stayed in some cheap ones before and I’ve never experienced this.

The only reason why we picked this hotel was because we had friends coming up from Tennessee who already booked this hotel ahead of time and we wanted to stay with them as a little stay-vacation. I should’ve read the reviews ahead of time before locking in the stay.

Every thing was broken and my water wouldn’t get hot in the shower

I had a bad experience with this hotel. The couches was towed up. The bathroom was nasty and it was smelly. microwave didn’t work. Refrigerator was nasty.

Okay bed, terribly small pillows. Complimentary included but nothing of note. Noisy outside and other rooms around had loud tv’s till late had trouble sleeping.

This is what expect from a hotel when traveling. Staff is excellent

I asked for extra hour of staying. Typically other places will provide an extra hour with no cost but this place, they want to charge extra. Not even a little bit of service attitude. Everything is money. I would not go to this place next time. They advertise as breakfast served but it is grab n go breakfast. They should advertise as grab n go breakfast and not a proper breakfast.
