Helmi kaupungin parhaalla paikalla!
Pros:

Aamupala, hotellin sijainti, rauhallinen huone (vaikka hotelli aivan pääkadun läheisyydessä), hyvin toimiva ilmastointi, siisteys, avulias ja ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Cons:

Huoneestamme näköala oli viereisen rakennuksen kiviseinään, joka toki oli mahdollista vaihtaa maksamalla korotettua summaa per yö. Toki ymmärrämme tämän, mutta jos kysytään mistä emme pitäneet niin oli tuo kiviseinä ikkunan takana.😄

Пока мы вышли купить цветы, сотрудники подготовили в номере шампанское, десерт со свечой под стеклянным куполом и открытку. Это было очень трогательно и стало одним из самых ярких моментов нашей поездки в Испанию. Спасибо за ваше внимание к деталям и искреннее гостеприимство. Обязательно вернёмся снова!

Excellent location, but the overall experience fell well short of expectations.

Cons:

We booked and paid extra for a Deluxe Room with a balcony, but the reality was very different from what one would expect. The balcony overlooked the garbage containers of the neighboring fast-food restaurant. Even worse, there was a constant smell of cooking oil coming from the burger restaurant's kitchen. As a result, we had to keep the balcony door closed all the time, making the balcony effectively unusable.
Paying extra for a room feature that cannot realistically be enjoyed due to the view and the smell is disappointing and feels misleading.

In general, it was a pleasant stay at this hotel.
Pros:

Great location, very clean, decent breakfast. Though, some items were out in a short time during breakfast buffet time, so when you come 1.5 hours before 11am, you can’t find them anymore (strange for 4*).
Our special thanks to very nice lady at the restaurant named Pepe for her wonderful hospitality and care to help us get what we need. Thank you so much 😊

Cons:

Lack the information. For example, we found out that there is a roof top bar just by accident, overheard from other people, but there is no any information about it anywhere, even in the elevator no sign. Very weird…
No exhaust in the bathroom. That is why it was very humid most of the time. No smart TV, the available TV is outdated and lacking international channels. The few available channels are with poor unstable signal.
We stayed during the World Cup 2026 and the only TV with live coverage was at the reception bar. That is a shame for 4* hotel.

Central and classy
