Pros:

Updated and well positioned property in a great location with a plethora of dining and sightseeing options. Staff was nice and allowed us to check in early and helped us with the parking garage which is attached to the hotel . We didn’t take the breakfast package and explored the dining options nearby.

Cons:

They have an issue with water and plumbing . The hot water stuttered and splashed and temperature didn’t remain consistent while showering.

Como siempre todo hermoso

Cons:

Avise que estaría conmemorando un Aniversario de noviazgo y realmente quedé un poco. Decepcionada pues imaginé que seríamos recibidos con una botella de Cava como en otras oportunidades, y no con cerveza, no es muy elegante para mi gusto!

Overall a very relaxing and comfortable stay in a great location.
Pros:

Location is great. Hotel was very welcoming and comfortable in appearance. We had a Junior Suite which was spacious and comfortable. The staff in the restaurant and bar were excellent - very friendly and efficient. There was an excellent breakfast with a huge choice.

Cons:

We had the Junior Suite but we could clearly hear the guests in the next room through their bathroom wall. We thought they were in our room when we first heard them! The reception staff were professional but not that friendly or welcoming.

Een prachtig hotel op een uitstekende locatie. Kamers beschikken over een gerenoveerde badkamer.

De badkamer is erg goed en netjes! Prima afgewerkt met prachtige tegels en genoeg ruimte!

Am avut o experiență absolut extraordinară. Hotelul este foarte aproape de : centrul vechi unde sunt toate atractiile istorice, de gara , si de stații de autobus/ metrou pentru alte atracții. Totul a fost impecabil, de la eleganța hotelului și confortul camerelor, până la profesionalismul și amabilitatea întregului personal. Atmosfera este rafinată, primitoare și te face să te simți special din primul moment.Mulțumim întregii echipe pentru ospitalitate și pentru modul în care reușesc să ofere o experiență atât de elegantă și relaxantă. Cu siguranță vom reveni și recomandăm acest hotel tuturor celor care își doresc confort, lux și servicii de excepție în Valencia!
