Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten jedoch sehr nettem Personal zufrieden
Pros:

Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend

Cons:

Erstes Zimmer hat sehr nach Abwasserkanal gerochen. Wir bekamen anstandslos ein anderes Zimmer. Es war jedoch kleiner und zum Hinterhof, daher sehr dunkel und Aussicht auf Fassade ! Für einen Kurztrip ok.

Clean.
Close to the metro, train station, city center.
Great breakfast, great Coffee (Nespresso machines).
Comfortable beds.
Working AC, could easily cool of the room.

Cons:

Cleaning personnel entered the room even though the STOP sign was on the door handle insisting of doing the cleanup. It was unpleasant just because we were all taking a nap and we woke up with someone in the room.
Bad smell coming from somewhere, never discovered where from.

Pros:

I loved the location..parking..staff were so pleasant and friendly..it was perfect for myself and husband to relax and tour Valencia

There was nothing to dislike..the hotel was spotless..the staff professional and friendly..the room was quiet and clean ..all was good we were upgraded to a bigger room which was a wonderful surprise...for the first time ever we had great lighting in our hotel room with a central chandelier..
