Pros:

酒店设计风格很喜欢，地理位置绝佳，无论是去火车站还是去市中心都很方便，早餐也很丰盛，还有detox水和爆米花零嘴提供，房间内的浴擦海绵非常贴心，床垫很高很舒适，房间也很宽敞，还提供热水壶。

Cons:

酒店人员服务效率需提升，第一天入住咨询前台要了2双一次性拖鞋，前台说好的，到了房间等了十分钟没有人来，再次电话前台咨询，说会送到房间，过了15分钟还是没有，下楼出门前再次和前台确认，说会有人送到房间里面，出门逛了几小时回到房间发现还是没有送，只好再次电话前台，语气已经是投诉的口吻了，过了20分钟终于有人来了…房间地板建议换成地毯，楼上小孩跑步影响休息，洗水池设计很不实用，一开水龙头水溅的到处都是， 房间的电源插座建议好好检修一下，三个里面就有一个是没有电的。

Le lit était catastrophique , Chambre, 103.
J’ai pris deux chambres une pour un employé, j’ai demandé à la réceptionniste si c’était les mêmes Chambres, celle-ci m’a rassuré et que c’était exactement les mêmes !!! ce qui était un gros mensonge, la chambre de mon employé était une suite !!!
J’ai pas compris l’utilité de ne pas dire la vérité ?

Polecam hotel ze względu na lokalizację i miłą obsługę.
Pros:

Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji. Pokój dosyć duży jednak bardzo ciemny, duży taras ale z wysokim murem przez co nie dochodzi do pokoju światło. Na tarasie cały czas słonecznie. Łóżko mogłoby być większe. w pokoju brak suszarki do włosów. Śniadanie zwyczajne jak na Hiszpanię. Brak zupełny warzyw do śniadania, nie było pomidorów, ogórków...sałaty. Jajecznica codziennie zimna. Było za to świeżutkie, ciepłe pieczywo. Miłym zaskoczeniem była kawa z ekspresu na kapsułki. Parking podziemny w cenie 20e/doba był super gdyż hotel jest w centrum miasta i nie ma możliwości zaparkować w okolicy.

Brak warzyw do śniadania, zimna jajecznica.

Gelungener Kurzurlaub in einer tollen Stadt!
Pros:

Sehr gutes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Gute Altstadtlage, viele Lokale und Läden in nächster Nähe.
Wir würden unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Balkon empfehlen!

Cons:

Der Aufzug war mehrmals defekt, hat uns nicht gestört, wäre aber für Gehbehinderte ungünstig gewesen.
