Cons:

Camere sporchissime, abbiamo trovato perfino un cotton-fiock usato sulla poltrona e l’asciugacapelli così sporco e attaccaticcio che abbiamo dovuto prenderlo in mano con l’asciugamano. Le scarpe rimanevano incollate sul pavimento attaccaticcio. Ci siamo fatti cambiare una delle camere perché c’era tantissima puzza.

The location was great. The staff (crystal specifically)was incredibly friendly & helpful!

Cons:

Rooms were missing smoke detectors, the bathtubs were chipped and had rust on them, the hallway smelled like smoke.

Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service. The room was extremly clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. They had alot of choices for breakfest and the price was very reasonable. This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel and I would book here again when back in for buisness

Good stay.... But...
Pros:

This review has two sections first is the stay: It was suitable, it was clean, and it was as advertised.

Cons:

One issue: we went to Detroit for the day and I realized I forgot my nice set of headphones so otw back to the other side of the state, I stopped by to see if they found them. They had found them but for some inexcusable reason they're locked into an office that ONLY the manager can get into and no other staff. So the staff member suggested I drive back on Monday to pick them up (well over 100 miles) and obviously I said that wasn't happening. The staff member called the manager and they said essentially "too bad" until Monday. The staff member (who is not the problem here) took my address so "maybe the manager can mail me" my property on Monday. Glorious stuff and again not the staff members fault - the manager and management team is the issue here.

Pros:

Location was perfect for us, plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. Pleasant staff. Good value.

Cons:

Just some things in room are dated such as the bath tub shower.
