I hated it. And was extremely upset.

It was clean and smelled good. And the person who helped us was really nice.

Cons:

The whole reason we chose this hotel was for the pool. The pool has been out since October and there was no notification about that prior to our arrival.

For the price it left very little to be desired

Cons:

Specifically rented this location for the indoor pool area and it was in absolute disgusting condition. The pool had things floating in it and looked so over chlorinated it was cloudy. Pool area floor was chipping and peeling so it was obviously not taken care of properly. We ended up not even using the pool area due to the poor conditions. For the price of a stay at this location that should not be the case.

Miserable!
Cons:

Water in the shower was either HOT or COLD. Could not adjust it to make it warm as one would expect. TERRIBLE! Room and bathroom was dirty and very damp. Elevator was broken and they put us one the third floor. When I spoke with the person at checkout they told me they could do nothing because I had booked it through a third party. If anyone is actually reading this and I don’t get some sort of refund, I will never use your service again!
