IT SERVED ITS PUROSE
Pros:

Breakfast was good. There were good options, but I heard several guests talking about how the eggs were egg whites, I assume from a carton. Good old fashioned, scrambled eggs would have been great. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient.

Cons:

We couldn't find a happy medium with our air. It was either too cold, or too warm. The only working ice machine was on the first floor. The elevator made a horrible screeching noise when you used it. Only one of our room keys worked the entire time we were there, and we went to the front desk twice to have them reset. It rained nearly every day.

Not much, the staff was kind

Cons:

Pillows were stained and looked gross, nasty smell in the room and all through the second floor from what I could tell. And wasn’t cleaned very well at all. The sofa bed was questionable! If we weren’t in such a need for a place to sleep we would have left but we had been on the road all day and memorial weekend we didn’t know if we’d get another place. I booked because I had seen things giving it 8 stars! So I thought it would be a good deal! But then we paid $170 something to sleep in a nasty bed with a bad smell in the room and then nasty stained pillows!

Cons:

Parking. Need a sign to direct people to the back of the hotel for overflow. I had a trailer and didn’t realize there was good parking behind the hotel until the second night

Helpful staff, pleasant room (once I learned how to turn the headboard lights off), clean bathroom

Ashley, receptionist, was outstanding. She was super-helpful with my key that got demagnetized, umbrella to get things out of my car, connecting to WIFI, and general helpful attitude.
Breakfast was much better than that at most hotels where I have stayed --variety, quantity, hot foods hot/cold foods cold, friendly cookEntrance/exit are

Cons:

Entrance/exit are not next to the hotel -- a slight inconvenience.
