Comfortable bunk beds. Lounge, kitchen, fridge, free coffee machine and water, washing machines and dryers. Suitcase storage lockers. Work area for study. Right in the centre of town with busses, trams and trains nearby. Adan cafe next door was bougie.

Cons:

Room was small, no wardrobe, nowhere to hang clothes, some of the plug sockets didn't work properly on bunk beds despite checking plugs were plugged in at mains. We didn't like the fact that when we arrived and on first use the toilet was blocked. Jeremy came the following morning with a plunger, and this improved it marginally. However, it reverted back again, so we were using the communal toilets on floor 2. It wasn't until on the 4th day Jeremy came with an auger that it finally unblocked properly.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

L’hôtel est assez bien placé, il est proche des transports et semble sécurisé. Les prix sont très corrects pour la ville.

Cons:

La chambre avait une mauvaise odeur qui ne partait pas.

Las instalaciones, tiene zona de café (gratis) nevera, microondas, agua fría, caliente, natural y máquina de hielo. Lavandería pequeña pero suficiente.
La ubicación con supermercado a cinco minutos, el tranvía a tres minutos. Bien comunicado.

Lage gut! Personal und Hotel nicht gut - würde es nie buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, da man direkt an den Cable Cars und nicht direkt mit den Obdachlosen in Beruhigung kommt. Die Stadt ist gewillt das Problem zu lösen und hat überall Secrutiy.

Cons:

Das Personal war nicht freundlich und nicht kooperativ. Wir haben unser gebuchtes Zimmer nicht bekommen. Die Klimaanlage vom Haus war sehr laut, weswegen es unmöglich war dort zu schlafen. Sieht auch das Personal so nur unternimmt nichts. Der „Chef“ ist nicht greifbar und gibt nur Anweisungen ans Personal, damit er keine Bindung zu den Gästen aufbauen kann und sie dann abzieht.
