Lovely spot in downtown San Francisco
Pros:

Fabulous location in the centre of downtown San Francisco! We stayed for three nights. Great options for transport, walking and sight-seeing. Staff and facilities great. Lovely stay for us as a group on the Bay area.

For the value, I would stay here again.
Pros:

I like the size and functionality (i.e., good size desk, enough electrical sockets, easy-to-operate AC, desk lamp with good lighting control. The laundry/dryer was a plus, and the location (i.e., easy access to eateries that close late) was perfect.

Cons:

The sink is partially clogged, and there is no place to hang my clothes and towel in the room (considering that the wash basin / sink is in the room). The hangers and wall hooks are in the bathroom, and I would have preferred the towels stashed away from the toilet area -- very minor inconveniences.
