Super Polite
Pros:

Litterally caught by surprise. I got lost and was scared they let me in so nicely , let me use the wifi for directions and so much more before I decided to cancel my Marriott reservation and stay here instead. Amazing people place and atmosphere.

The casino was good to have in the hotel, but the cigarette smoke wandered throughout the hotel.
Cons:

Bell hop told us there was no shower just a bathtub, we could switch rooms if we wanted. My girlfriend didn't mind so we stayed in that room. Later we see that there is a shower, it just didn't work. That was disturbing, especially because the bell hop did not elaborate!

Front desk and luggage personnel were very helpful and friendly!

Cons:

Wish there were electrical outlets closer to the bed for phone charging! Bathrooms were a little outdated.
