debatable if I would ever stay there again or recommend this motel to anyone else

Location - Excellent
Check-in staff very friendly and helpful
Room was clean and bed was comfortable

Cons:

Our TV didn't work - Check-in staff attempted to fix it and was going to call someone to work on it. They never showed up which was very disappointing. We drove all day, wanted to relax and watch a movie and we had no TV.

Breakfast was a disappointment. We went down at 8:30 and almost everything was gone and they weren't going to put out anymore (we asked) - very disappointed

Asked someone to contact me, thought we deserved a discount because of the TV situation, but haven't heard from anyone.

Check in was quick

Cons:

Woke up and the front desk staff was asleep.in her chair. Breakfast wasn't prepared either so we drove to Ihop and went to Walmart for a toothbrush.

Pros:

The front desk staff was nice, the room was clean, the pillows were super soft.

Cons:

The bed was pretty firm, gave me some lower back pain. Housekeeping knocked on our door even with our do not disturb sign up.

Cons:

There were many bugs in the room which was disgusting! Including on the bed We had no view out our window just concrete pillar. Very poor service.
