The suite was quite large and liked the full kitchen although it was not expected so did not prepare to do our own cooking. Will know better for next time if we were to stay at the same hotel.

Cons:

There were a couple of staff members who smoked. Although outside, it was right at the entrance of the hotel by the parking lot, so the smell was the first thing you encountered. Being very sensitive to smell, I think smoke breaks should be designated to the back of the building, if possible. Breakfast could have had some more cut up fresh fruit.

Wonderful place to spend Christmas
Pros:

The suite had a full kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It was a terrific place to stay for several days comparable to a VRBO condo/apartment rental. Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Easy drive to Downtown Charleston.

Cons:

Not a scenic location but practically located near a large shopping complex.

Breakfast was as expected but is a good job that the hotel is located on the edge of a shopping mall otherwise we would have starved!

Cons:

Nothing really, it what you would expect from an out of town hotel.

Pros:

The size of the room was perfect for our family, the services was professional and expedient. When we needed anything we received it quickly. For example, the television did not work in the master bedroom nor did the phone. We went out for a short period and when we returned both had been replaced.

Cons:

the breakfast was not very good. The eggs and potatoes took forever to come out and the sausage was not very good. We ate breakfast elsewhere after the first night.

Excellent quality for the price point!
Pros:

Breakfast and hot coffee ready every morning at 6:30 with a good selection for everybody. The maintenance guy was prompt and extremely courteous dealing with a faulty microwave and even brought up a full-sized one to use immediately after finding out it was a electrical board that needed replacement and had to be on ordered.

Cons:

Really, absolutely no complaints.

Hotel super confortável em cidade charmosa, linda e cheia de história.
Pros:

Hotel novo, limpo, manutenção em dia. Quarto espaçoso, cama super confortável, banheiro ótimo. Café da manhã muito bom e estacionamento gratuito. O hotel fica em um centro comercial excelente, com ótimas lojas e ótimos restaurantes, inclusive um supermercado. Excelente estadia.

Cons:

O hotel fica em Mount Pleasant, distante uns 20 minutos de carro do centro de Charleston, onde estão as atrações históricas da cidade. Por outro lado, fica próximo de algumas plantations. Saber da distância para o centro histórico da cidade pode ser um ponto importante para alguns viajantes, embora não tenha sido um problema para nós.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

The room was amazing very spacious. Our group loved the efficiency kitchen and living room area. It provided us a place to chat & relax. The dual bedrooms with full en-suite bathrooms were wonderful. The beds were very comfortable too. We enjoyed the included breakfast which was very good. There were a lot of breakfast choices to meet everyone's needs & tastes. The staff were very nice & very helpful.The grounds and inside the hotel were kept very clean.The property was in a great location. We had a rental car & parking was easy with plenty of spots.The pool area was very nice as well.

Cons:

The only thing was there were only 2 chairs around the kitchen island and theoretically the room could hold 4-6 people so that was a bit strange. 1-2 chairs more would have been much better. While we were outside sitting at the pool a rat ran past us. That was not expected. We notified the desk when we came back in. As long as that critter remained outside we did not freak out too much!!

Overall, the stay was good. I booked a suite to have more space. Kitchenette included a full size fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Stove top too.
The space was clean. Great bathroom. Unfortunately a very loud AC located in the bedroom. TVs took a moment to start up (logging in, lousy remote).
Hotel is located in a walking distance to a grocery store and a few restaurants, and major roads. Short drive away from Isle of Palms.

Pros:

Will never book through Expedia again. Booked non-refundable. They didn’t have any 2 bdrm available at time of booking. A few days before I checked but couldn’t upgrade without forfeiting the full room rate because booked non-refundable. It’s not like I was cancelling, I was upgrading. Hotel couldn’t do anything about it because I booked through Expedia.
