Pros:

The most thing I liked was the staff members were very friendly and know how to treat clients. And also their kitchen was very neat

Cons:

Our room wasn't clean on our arrival and the bar fridge that was said it's in the room from the list of the things that were mentioned in their advertisement was not available and worse I booked for 3 nights without a fridge in the room 😢

Was ok except for a few things that were mentioned above
Pros:

The staff and the breakfasts were really nice

Cons:

We had children running in the passageway late at night and early in the mornings, our room looked onto a parking lot so we could not even see the sea, the one bed was super hard and the other was too soft so for us older people either bed gave us both back ache, The bathroom shower did not work properly and the tiles were coming off the walls.

Pros:

Frühstück war okay. Pool und Garten lassen z u wünschen übrig. Hotel hat mal bessere Zeiten gesehen.

Cons:

Hotel müsste general saniert werden. nicht mehr zeitgemäss.

Despite the rooms looking clean, unfortunately we found small cockroaches in each of the 3 rooms, which mgmt advised their fumigation plans to deal with.

Hotel is extremely dated and run down. Used as a student hostel for most of the year. No facilities.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Staff were very friendly. Was clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was very limited. We would have preferred a continental breakfast (as was advertised with our booking) as opposed to the halaal cooked breakfast we had.

Cheap Accommodation, but not really worth it
Pros:

The breakfast.

Cons:

The entire place gives off hospital vibes. The rooms are spacious, but with no fan or working aircon, it makes a bit difficult to just relax in the room. We found a couple of cockroaches running around the room. The carpets in the hotel is outdated by possibly 100 years.

Run down, dirty and bad value for the money paid.
Cons:

The establishment is very run down. Room was filthy, the bath drain was filled with hair from the previous occupant. The plug in the sink was not there, all fixtures in the room were iether cracked, broken or scratched. The photographs on the website are out dated and a false representation of what the establishment looks like today.
