Cons:

La recepcionista de la noche muy maleducada, con muy poca voluntad para atendernos siendo que llegamos cansados a las 22hs. Muy mal trato, las tarjetas de la habitación no funcionaban. En una habitación triple con sofá cama éste era inutilizable, prácticamente dormís encima de los resortes. Y no cuenta con almohada. El desayuno bien básico. Ofende el nombre de Hyatt. No vuelvo nunca más.

Leave the gun, take the cheese grits.
Pros:

The marketing team is fumbling the ball by not featuring their breakfast buffet. The cheese grits were the best I've ever had (57 y/o fat man who lived in the south his entire life). Give the ladies in the kitchen a little more money in their breakfast budget, feature it in your marketing, and unapologetically get $10-15 more per night per room...I know my cheap self would pay extra for that breakfast when traveling.

Pros:

The staff was really amazing. I only had one complaint. There was blood on my comforter. I told the lady at the front desk upon check out. She said that she would put it in the system for me. Besides that, it’s in a nice location and the facility is nice overall. I loved the room and how spacious it was

It was a very lack luster experience and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone or stay again.
Pros:

I tried to address my concerns with the staff during my stay but to no avail. I waited over 30 minutes yesterday for a manager to come speak with me and ended up leaving in order to make a reservation that I had preplanned. Upon arrival Friday the woman at the front desk wasn't friendly or attentive at all. We walked up to the desk and there was a couple that walked in immediately after us. She didn't greet either of us and luckily after a few minutes another gentleman came and checked us in. There weren't any carts to assist with transporting luggage, we waited 30+ minutes after arrival only for the front desk to come back and let us know he couldn't find any. When we arrived to our room there was a sour odor, I figured maybe due to the heat or what was used to clean the room. I wiped the room down myself and that was sufficient. We started to alternate taking showers to go out later that afternoon and discovered the water pressure in the shower and sink were very low...like extremely which prompted me asking to speak to the manager. It was kind of the last straw but as I previously advised, nobody ever came out for me to address my concerns.

The amenities were not as described. My family and I were barely able to shower.
