Great experience
Pros:

Recently stayed at the Hyatt North for a business trip. Despite mixed reviews, my experience was a good one. The hospitality & service was exceptional. My room was well tailored & nice. I really enjoyed it & wish I could’ve stayed longer. Love that it was 5 mins away from the airport & provided shuttle service.

Hyatt Saves the Night
Pros:

Due to aircraft maintenance I missed my connecting flight home. I was originally on the last flight of the evening and was rebooked for the first flight out. Due to miscommunication, I was forced to leave the secure gate area and could not reenter. I needed a place to sleep securely for a few hours and I chose the Hyatt Place North. They provided a shuttle to and from the airport. The rooms were clean and the staff was super friendly. hey offer a complementary breakfast, but unfortunately, I could not partake, as I had to catch my new flight. I am sure there are other amenities, but I was only there for 5 hours.

Hyatt for the win!
Pros:

Nice clean rooms. The overall staff was friendly and had a willingness to want to assist you in every way. The breakfast was not what I expected especially since I was going to the "South".
