Pros:

Daja at the front desk was very courteous and a simple delight! She also okayed a late check out on the Sunday I checked out. I feel like she went above and beyond her call of duty!! I will definitely be back the next time I am in town!

Lo cercano del aeropuerto

Cons:

El servicio de transporte muy malo, la persona que nos debía llevar al aeropuerto, mymuy mala voluntad, se le indicó que íbamos al terminal internacional, y kos dejó en un acceso del term nacional donde tuvimos que caminar 15 minutos con maletas para llegar hasta donde tomábamos un bus para ir al terminal internacional. Muy Mala experiencia

Lovely ladies at the front
Pros:

The front ( Ajada and Daija) were exceptionally helpful and nice! Really made a difference in my stay and helping me nagivate traveling with kids.

Cons:

The breakfast sausage and food was salty and poor quality for Hyatt in my opinion. And paint was used to cover up mold or mildew in the bath.

Don’t stay here
Pros:

Awful experience. The hot water didn’t work well. It was a Luke warm shower. The counter literally wasn’t glued down, so we had to be moved rooms.
The paint touch ups and caulking down in the rooms are awful. Our desk chair was broken.
You can literally see the medal bars that hold the building together outside as the concrete looks to be crumbling.

Overall, I like Hyatt Place. This one appeared to be under renovation.
Pros:

One the first night at this property, I was awoken at 3am in the morning by water dripping on the bed. I called down to the front desk and advised them of the matter. My room was changed the next day. However, I believe it would have been appropriate for the room rate to be reduced.

Good airport hotel
Pros:

Staff is kind. Check in was quick. Room was large and comfortable. Very close to airport.
They did not have water bottles or lotion in the room (I didn't ask staff, so may be available upon request). Otherwise, a great experience.

Cancelled flight-found a great gem to stay at
Pros:

After flight was cancelled searched my favorite hotel brands and found the Hyatt Place close, at reasonable price. Nice to have free shuttle to/from airport, friendly staff when checking in and providing info on restaurants walkable that we would enjoy, and breakfast before going to airport in morning. Will stay again when we need hotel near airport overnight. Good night sleep on bed/pillows. Room was spacious. Only complaint being on the 5th floor had to wait a while for hot water for shower or sink, but could live with that. Internet service was good--no problems.

The stay was just ok

The breakfast and the front desk was good

Cons:

I checked in my room with the thermostat was not working at all it was cold outside and in my room it needed a battery- so i had to re pack and change rooms ..

Good. Felt safe. Spacious accommodation.
Pros:

Left too early to have breakfast.

Cons:

Check-in process. Front desk undermanned with one single person who was excellent. She was very personable, helpful and friendly even under pressure. Phone ringing off the hook and she had a long line of people waiting to be processed.
