Amazing place
Pros:

To start off, this is my first time in America so everything is new to me. I flew in from my country to Georgia. Got to the hotel and was a bit tired and had no clue what I was about. I met the receptionist angel at first she was very helpful. Unbeknownst to us, I had a lot of questions and it was fun from there. Our accents tipped the both of us off over the word ‘beer’ and we had a very good laugh about it. Also more laughter came along since I had questions. It was amazing. Next off, oh my god, the room I entered was just mind blowing and since I love beautiful house plans. I just love the layout of the room sorry Hyatt thanks to you I’m going to steal the design. And thanks to you the layout is perfect since I’m going to build in the future.

Hotel and Front Desk Staff --An Embarrassment to the Hyatt Brand
Pros:

The Hyatt Place Atlanta Airport-North property and front desk staff are an embarrassment to the Hyatt brand. The front desk staff is visibly and audibly unprofessiona and apathetic ---not at all in line with Hyatt customer service standards and operational philosophy. They would do well to take a course on interpersonal communication skills and customer experience training.

The moment you enter the property you are greeted with an overpowering cheap masking deodorizer odor that permeates throughout. The guest room wreaks of the same masking deodorizer coupled with the damp, musty smell from the raucous air conditioner unit. The room is laden with dust and the sofa is visibly dirty and stained--I had to place towels down before sitting. This was an overall highly unpleasant stay. Thankfully if was only for one night.
